[Resolved]  Calicut University — exam valuation

I have a same problem . they don't evaluate the papers and the evaluation staffs qualification is 10th or 12, so they can't evaluate b.tech paper . it's fraud university .

Iam studying in madras university's affiliated college of csi ewart women's christian college, till now including me totally 49 students of B.com have not yet written their business economics exam for first semester in nov 2008 because of the change of code you kindly take some steps for not taking it as arrear because we do not informed alear about the code numbers of the exams so we dont know that such a big problem would happen if the code number changes so for our future please take a step for it to become a non arrear paper please we beg you to make our future kindly see over this problem and do formal steps...

I second rajeshklm as I'm also a BTech student under Calicut University... Till today, I havnt't got the results I expected eventhough I've wrote well for the exams... I'm also a 2010 passout.. Still I haven't cleared all subjects due to this stupid University's evaluation..I wonder what kind of fools are correcting our answerpapers... We have only a few chances left.. But the University is not even conducting the exams in time.. Already many people have left BTech and joined for other degree courses as they lost hope in Calicut University... The University is playing with our life and future... We are sure now that we won't get any good Engg jobs with such pathetic marks, but now looking to complete BTech so that atleast we can use it as a Degree Qualification for Applying for Other Competitive Exams... Please help us

I totally agree with above. I am also a 4th year student of B.tech . Calicut university is very lazy in conducting exams, publishing results etc. Why no one in Kerala taking this issue seriously. Why neithter Govt of Kerala nor any media is taking up this issue seriously. See cusat university conducted their 8th semester examinsation inApril & published results in June. But calicut university is conducted their exams in June. B.tech students studying in outside and in other universities in Kerala get their degrees in June so that they can able to do their P.G courses which normally starts from August. But B.tech student studying under calicut university will not get their degrees before december means they have to spoil their one year only beccause they joined Calicut University. Why MEDIA IN KEARALA IS NOT EXPOSING SUCH SENSITIVE ISSUE WHICH IS REALTED TO MANY THOUSANDS OF STUDENTS EVERY YEAR. If Calicut University is overloaded why Govt of Kerala is allowing permission to open engineering colleges under calicut university every year. This is rediculous.Why the Kerala Govt and Calicut University is playing with the life of thousands of students.

It is high time to take this issue and hold rallies against the university attitude towards conducting exams/publishing results. If they are unable to do it in time then Govt. of Kerala should not given them permission to induct students for B.tech courses. UNIVERSITY ROLE SHOULD BE ENCOURAGING STUDENT TO COME UNDER THEM BUT CALICUT UNIVERSITY IS WALKING IN REVERSE GEAR they are discouraging students. We have done very big mistake in our life deciding to join this university. If we ask the University people why they are actiing in such a negative then they directly say if you do not want to study then join other universities leaving this university. This is their attitude. We thought we get good education in kerala but the attitue of calicut university towards b.tech student is unbearable. I request the Education Minister to intervene and take necessary action against the University representative so that they stop spoiling the life of student henceforth. This is my humble request.

i am Beena attadappa i am not received the PDC mark list from calicut universit but three months back i applied for the cartifiacate with deposite of the Challan and all challan No:920213 dated 31.03.2011 bu t till i am waiting for the same so pls issue our certificate lack of this certificate i can"t able to join for the B ed cource so kindy issue my certificate more times i called to land line number but nobedy giving proper answar do kindly consider it my number is [protected]... i exepting your favarable response

hai rohit i attented the b.com final year supplimentary exam in september 2011 the result is still not pubilshed i lost one year if the result is not published yet i loss one more year toooo so pls publish the result as soon as u can

CALICUT UNIVERSITY BSC NURSING EVALUATION IS NOT PROPER.
Marks are not given according to our marks.My 3 years spoiled by writing the
really exams, still not yet passed.I passed my 10th & 12th with marksmore than 85 percentage in cbse syllabus.and nowuniversity is giving me 12-15 marks
for the exam which I wrote well and most t exact answers.RESPECTED
CALUCUT OFFICIALS DONT PURPOSEFULLY SPOIL OUR FUTURE WITH YOUR attitude to evaluate a paper. ITS BETTER TO STOP THIS COURSE IN YOUR UNIVERSITY AND TRANSFER ALL THE NURSING COLLEGES TO SOME OTHER UNIVERSITY.

My son has done his B. Tech from this University. I consider this my biggest mistake in choosing this University.
His only back paper is Sem 3 - Maths, which he has done very well in second attempt. We were expecting above 55/70 in the exam, but the results showed him FAIL. Given for revaluation, again no change in Marks. On goin to University & askin for answer sheet, we were told that he got 6 marks .
I wonder who is the person who corrected his paper.
I wish there was some way to get it rechecked by an expert instantly.

please let me know if there is any such alternative available.

Same happened to me, completed course study on March 2016, 5sem (Feb) results came on July(delay) ;without proper evaluation. 5sem exams was so easy, and did the exam as best, I can do. Evaluation is done in the worst way they could do. I am an above average student, i failed in 4 of 6. su*'5

yes i too got failed in fifth semester of calicut universty on ba english .i cant believe that i have failed because till the fourth semester i have not failed for even a subject because i have tried my bst in all examas now i realize that the valuation o[censored]niversity is not on the right track .because of their bad attitude many students like me are wasting a year for nothing.now i am praying that please help the students those who are going to write the exams

Im an SDE student of calicut university (B.com)
In writing my 4th semester supplimentary examination for the last 3 years.
A single stupid subject called "Quantitative techniques" spoiled my life (4+years)
Do u think a professional accountant really need this stupid subject?
Our class teacher also not teach this subject well.
My friends are passed without studying anything & im still failed even after writing well.

My whole life is spoiled because of this calicut university.

i am BBA student of calicut university i have recieved all my results and have passed in all subjects except one just for 2 marks. is there anyway i can clear the subject without wasting one year. i have given it for revaluation but im sure they wont change the mark as usual.
PLZ HELP ME i have even paid RS3, 00, 000 for my mba admission in another college which will not be refunded.
im helless and hopeless.

I am a B.com 3rd year student I get three semester results, in 2nd semester lam failed but my friends are passed by studying anything and now 3rd semester lam failed in GENERAL INFORMATICS, The subject was really interesting and l written well but lam failed. I think the valuation is a time pass. The valuation must be what the students are written, not for offering failure

I am a computer science student and in my first semester exams i had written well.but, i don't get expected marks and got the worst marks.This is written from my heart bcoz, still i am crying and those who are below average got the highest.i dont know how it possible . PLEASE, I DONT WANT HIGH MARKS BUT, WANTS THE MARK ACCORDING TO WHAT I HAD WRITTEN...

They should allow students to improve in exams even if they have any one supply.
If there is one supply we can't improve on other subjects this is very cruel.valuation is very bad also lot of my friends got less marks even when we write correctly, they are spoiling our future, too cruel
