Hi,I do not want the caller tune that has been loaded onto my phone- [protected]. It has been loaded without my permission. Please remove the caller tune. I do not want any caller tune to be added to my phone.

Caller Tune — CHARGE OF CALLER TUNE
COMPLAIN NUMBER[protected].I never sent request for caller tune but every month Rs. 30/ had been deducted from my cell balance. My cell number is [protected]. I approached to your wave world at Ranchi and they didn't listen to my complain even they jointly misbehaved with me. Mr. Indranil Dutta, Area Manager also refused to assist me to unsubscribe the caller tune. Mr. Rahul, Tour Manager also did the same.
I managed the Id to unsubscribe the caller tune and sent to 51234, a day before the deduction but your company deducted the amount. I am really very much annoyed to this type of service and have decided to take some strict action against your company. There must be some platforms where my plea can be listened. Since, I ve no personal Id so I am using other's Id.

Dear Sir,My name is Gourab Roy, residing at Maihar (MP). My Mobile No. is [protected]. I want case against vodafone care of MP. Because today(15/1/10) at 4:30P.M. one Autogenerated Callertune call have been connected to my no. I' ve disconnected the call instantly, but after around Two hours one Message given to me from Vodafone Care that one of the Caller tune has beed acctivated to my Number and the charge of Rs.30 has been deducted from my balance. immediately i've made a call to the local customer care of vodafone. they just disconnected the line when they saw that their system is guilty. then again i called two times more but the result is the same, they have repetedly disconnected the line. so now i strongly oppose on this kind of company marketing policy. and i 'm going to suit a case against vodafone regarding to this matter.

Caller Tune — no registration done for caller tune but got charged
Hello Sir,This is an ongoing problem with you services that a customer get automatically enrolled under your plan without authorisiation for example under caller tone, miss call service etc.
Earlier my mobile number [protected] got automatically enrolled under miss called service for the charge of Rs.15/-. Complained and asusual got no response but yes appricated that the service was cancelled but sorry to say with no refund.( ignored because of small amount).
Now this time i got again charged for Rs.75 for caller tone which i had never ever authorises . Called customer care and got complaint number as[protected] on dated 18/12/07. and was promised for reply with resolution.
It is kindly requested to you to see into this matter.
Sorry to say but after this act i am thinking to disconnect all of my numbers with you.
