This is a SCAM, and like Elzabe Fischer, I also think this is run from a country in Africa. They (always a diffirent guy!) orders 10 to 20 containers of wine from us, but WE have to pay money into their account as a registration fee to get the wine into their country. What kind of fools do they think we are?!
Well Mr Jackson is my lucky angel, lets see waht he says, apparntly i won 2 800 000 U$.
Someone needs to start a task force to apprehend these scoundrels with their lottery scams. I shudder to think how many hard working people have been scammed out of their hard earned money by these scam artists. Most will say that gullible people deserve to be robbed. Truth is, we all were curious enough to look it up, weren't we. How many thousands don't have the means to investigate a little further. I hope these scam artists get what they deserve, jail.
I have received an sms from Canadian Lottery Mobile by Frank Jackson stating that I' ve won $2, 800, 000.00 and please I would like to claim this GREAT AWARD.

My wife got the same e-mail than Gerhard Kruger. I went on the internet and searched for the Jordan International Bank. There is a bank in London (www.jordanbank.co.uk) with the same adress but none of the phone numbers is a match. The banks e-mail adresses ends with [email protected] and not with [email protected]
I am currently corresponding with these persons and have forwarded this information to the forensic auditors of Absa Bank to investigate.
Hopefully they will end up in jail where they belong.

I also received a sms after 12 pm two nights ago re winning $[protected] and to contact Dr Paul Muller which I did and then received the following email ; I was really convinced as I received my cell phone in March and the batch no. listed below my reference no is also in March. I was thrown off track when my husband received the same sms the following night, then being dubious I checked Google and it was out ! It is very easy bait in this tough recession. I also recieved an sms on my cellphone.("call [protected] email [protected]@gmail.com 4 ur cash transfer")I emailed them asking them in connection with what this is, and they send me the whole ontario 49 thing.i see that they change their names, emails etc, every time, but the basics are all the same.If you have won money then why do you have to pay them, for what!!!since i am struggling with finances i almost wanted to believe it, but i investigated first.Someone should stop these people, allot of south africans are struggling with finances, and they prey an that(that is so cruel)!these people should get what they deserve.!!!

Hi i have got today the same Message on my phone and email, is there any ways to stop that !!!
I received the same tipe of sms. I went further and contacted them by phone. I have a lot of information. The names just changed, but the numbers are all the same. I called the bank in London to confirmed the winnings. They replied by saying that they are not involved in lotto payouts. They didn't even know these people by name of telephone number. So be carefull.
They don't ask for personal detail anymore. They only want you to pay in a amount for a clearance cersificate.
