[Resolved]  Canara Bank — IRCTC Dept refund amount to canara bank,but canara say no any amount in ur credit.what i doing?

Hi sir..
This to inform you, my cancellation ticket refund money no any credit my account, I have a proof..Irctc dept has send to money in canra bank.but bank was saying to me no any creidit by IRCTC dept.but i have a full proof..I attached all documnet so plz read carefully..
