[Resolved] Canara Bank — amount debited but cash not received due to power failure | |
I Had used the canara bank atm as the sbi bank atm had no cash and i was in need of cash very urgent, all the process had been done but before the cash could come there was a power failure and the canara bank atm had no power backup, but the amount had already been debited from my sbi account, now the actual problem arises, the canara bank and sbi are blaming each other and making me to run pillar to post, what kind of service is this ... Sub: - ATM cum Debit Card No. [protected] TXN not successful
Please find the attached scan copies of transactions done on 7th Oct-2009 at 10:07:04, cash Rs 5000/- withdrawl but TXN was not successful from Dena Bank Ghospura Luckow ATM terminal DEBN084001.
But my SB A/c[protected] at Canara Bank Radour – DP code 2055 is debited with Rs 5000/-. Branch had also mailed you the same complaint with complaint no. 20551. Now even after one month subject ATM entry Rs 5000/- is not credited in SB A/c.
You are requested to do the needful.
