[Resolved]  Car — RUDE & INSULTING BEHAVIOUR AT MARUTI TRUE VALUE SHOP- MACHINO TECHNO

Dear Sir,

we(samiran sarkar, nirupama sarkar) have purchased a car from ur true
value shop at211A2 Darga road, PARK CIRCUS, KOL-17 on 21st feb
08.Model of our car is zen vxi num WB16G0201.

On 8th dec 08 we were going to machino techno work shop for
servicing.on the way our car was hit by a matador resulting in
breakage of two front headlights, radiator leakage and bonnet damage.

After contacting machino techno they adviced us to contact
M.M.BREAKDOWN CRANE SERVICE so that the car could be taken to machino
techno.there Mr.Arindam Gupta attended the car.as per inspection n
discussion he told us he'll contact us after 14days after consulting
the insurance company.in the last week of dec.mr.gupta informed my
husband over phone that the overall expenditure for repairing n
servicing will between Rs30, 000 to 35, 000 thousand n the insurance co
will not pay any damages as it is not accidental case.he even told the
chassis has been damaged due to over load and rusting n the same
doesn't come under insurance.we were even asked to pay
Rs12, 000-Rs15, 000 thousand as an advance, then only the service will
start.

we requested to give us time as we have to arranged the above said
amount n he agreed.but on 1st jan, 09 we received a letter through
courier stating that we will b charged Rs100/- per day as a garge
charge if we don't give them the the token amount n permission to
carry out the job.as my husband was out of the town i was unable to
meet them n ask to meet them on 22nd jan as my husband was coming back
on that day itself.but mr.gupta said that they are having their
holidays from 22nd to 26th jan.so i got an appointment on 27th jan.in
the meantime someboby from insurance co visited my in laws house n
demanded insurance money n behaved very rudely with my mother in-law.
whereas the last date of premium is 21st feb 09.

On 27th jan i visited machino's workshop where Mr.P.K.Mishra attened
me n behaved rudley n said that insurance will not pay a single money
n i have to pay the amount if i want my car.i asked how can they
insure a car without inspecting the whole car.then he said its not
their duty to look after all this thing.if i want any clarification i
must contact the person who has sold the car to us i.e Ms.Soma Dey.

On meeting Ms.Dey she denied the above relevent matters releted to
insurance n told me that we've already clamied 2 insurances.I want to
know when im paying yearly premium of Rs4, 500/ as per their advice-if
some unto do situation arises i'll keep my vechile unattended at road
or home???????then Mr.Pritam interfered n told me that the chassis can
get rust in 1 day n can damaged in 1 day.in the middle of the
conversation Ms Dey left me unattended.then i pleded Mr.Pritam to
accompany me to the workshop n help me in the matter.in the meantime i
contacted the concerned insurance person n she gave the word to give
as much as support from the insurance desk.Mr.Pritam talked to
Mr.Mishra about the case, n to my surprise Mr.Mishra shouted at me n
Mr.Pritam laughed.i was so harrased that i have no words to
describe.then i said may b with the bad handling of the crane the
chassis has been damaged then Mr.Pritam said that y have i called the
crane n from where the got the crane.i told them i got the num from
machino only so its their duty n responsibility to look the
matter.then Mr.Pritam said "i[censored] see any add in anandbazar newspaper n
take some service n not satisfied r u going to blame the
newspaper.same we'll not take any responsibility n WE DONT KNOW
M.M.BREAKDOWN.

After very hot talk with Mr.Mishra n Mr.Pritam they have agreed to do
the servicing on Rs12, 000 instead of Rs 35000 thousand, where only
Rs4000 will b paid by insurance n they will try to overlook the labour
charges but i have to pay some amount as advance to start the job.

As a responsible citizen n customer are we to face such
harrassement?????please let us know the appropiate way out of such
unto do situation.

As per telephonic talk with Ms.Mousumi im forwarding the message to u
for ur kind persual n neccessary action.please confirm per return that
action taken by u.

Dear Sir,

I, Ujjal Mistry have purchased a car from ur true value shop at 21/1A/3 Darga Road, Park Circus, Kol-17 on 25th April'2011 & my vechile is ZEN ESTILO Lxi with WB02Y 7274 registration no.

Please note, after non-stop chase from very first day, still I haven't received my insurance paper.
Please advice.
