[Resolved]  Car — Delay in getting car loan

Sir, I am working in A Govt.of India PSU and posted in Kochi.I am having my own house in New Panvel,Navi Mumbai and my family is staying there.I am having my salary A/C in SBT, Udhyogamandal, Kochi and joint A/C in SBI,Sector -10,New Panvel.I want to purchase a new car for my family in Panvel.When I approched SBT, Udl it was told by the branch manager that they can't give car loan to me as I am purchasing the vehicle in Navi Mumbai.When I approched SBI,Panvel they informed that since you are working out side Mumbai it will take time for getting sanction.I have submitted all the required documents which is more than sufficent for a Govt employe.I am surprised to see that even after more than a month there is no response.Several telephone calls I have made from Kochi to Mumbai office (Ph No[protected] every time recorded cassett type reply given to me "YOUR FILE WE HAVE SENT TO KOCHI SBI HEAD OFFICE FOR SERVICE VERIFICATION". Every time I requested them please give me your Kochi head office address OR telephone No so that I can make follow up with them to complete the verification job.I request to intervin in to the matter in and please feedback the status.
