[Resolved]  Car Insurance — Rude behavior of your Marketing manager

My name is Mr. P.G.Thaliath. I reside at Kochi. I sold my car to a person residing in Thiruvalla, Kerala. To avail the facility of transferring the no claim bonus of my old car to the new one I paid the agent in Kochi, the amount ie. Rs.5000+. The person to whom I sold the car paid Rs.5237 at your Thiruvalla office so that he can continue using the existing policy till June 2011 and i can get my refund of the no claim policy at Kochi. Now on contacting the thiruvalla office i'am told that the refund will be paid to the customer ie. the person to whom I sold the car. My question is that in the first place, why that person was asked to pay Rs. 5237 if the amount is to be refunded to him itself? this is creating quiete a lot of confusion for me as well as the person to whom I sold the car. Pls advise. this thing is secondary for me. It's very important you read the below para as it irritated me as a customer.
On calling up the Thiruvalla office to find out about this, I was advised by one m/s Manu to talk to Mr. Blesson who happens to be your Marketting manager. Instead of explaining the facts to me in a proper way i found him to be extremely rude. I think he has to learn a bit of politeness when talking to customers. I was holding your policy for my vehicles till now and this behavior may force me to change my mind to opt for another company. Till today i had high regards for your company. I feel you should look into this matter as this is customer related and take proper steps so that you don't loose customers due to behaviors of people like these.
The service i get from Kochi office is commendable. I appreciate it. I hope I get a reply for this soon. Thanks. Paul
