[Resolved]  Car Insurance — Non-receipt of Policy

I purchased a new Maruti A-star bearing Registration No. DL-9C-0943 from M/s Magic Auto situated at RZ-123,Vaishali, Palam Dabri Road,Dwarka, New Delhi-110046 on 28th June, 2009 and I was issued Certificate of Insurance at the time of purchase indicating their in policy no. 70282740.

Though more than 10 (Ten) months have passed yet I have not received the Policy from you in respect of my vehicle.

I fail to understand why till date I have not been issued the Policy.

If this is the treatment being metted out to your customers, no body will get their vehicles insured from you.

It appears that your company is a pawn in the hands of the dealers/agents who manipulate and harrass the customers.

Hope for appropriate action at the earliest.

Car Insurance — NON RECEIPT OF INSURANCE POLICY

HELLO SIR,

I HAVE NOT RECEIVE MY INSURANCE POLICY AFTER TWO MONTH & AFTER FULL PAYMENT. I HAD COMPLAINT SO MUCH TIME, I ALSO COMPLAIT TO [protected]@icicilombard.com THEY DON'T GET ME ANSWER ABOUT THIS. MY e-covernote NO IS e[protected]. I HAD BOOKED MY POLICY THROUGH ONLINE ON ICICILOMBARD WEBSITE. THEY DON'T ADD NO-CLAIM BONUS ON THE SITE, AFTER THIS I SEND HIM CHEQUE OF KALUPUR COMMERCIAL CO-OP BANK LTD. AND CHEQUE ALSO PASSED.
CHEQUE NO: 236941.
ALL THE DETAILS OF THIS, PROVIDE BY US TO HIM, THEN ALSO THEY DONOT PROSAGE TO PROVIDE MY POLICY.

Car Insurance — double swiping credit card

i have my health insurance, personal accident policy, family members health policies and my cars and bikes insurance with royal sundaram.
this month after i paid for my car insurance i was shocked to see it was again charged within 10days in my credit card bill.
for the past 10days i've been calling them to rectify it but the response is very rude, no one seems to be accountable for their activities.
how can a person trust such a company which misuses the credit card details?

is it faesible to continue with my policies with this company again?

their website has online facility for buying all types of insurance but nothing for customer care & complaints.

is this a reputed company or a cheating group?

2. NO REASON PROVIDED FOR RETURN NOR ANY PROOF GIVEN.
3. ORIGINAL CHEQUE HAS NOT BEEN RETURNED BACK.
4. WHY NOT INFORMED WITHIN 90 DAYS I.E. EXPIRY OF VALIDITY FOR GETTING 50 pct BONUS.
5. WHO WILL BEAR THE LOSS WILL CAUSE IN FUTURE BY NOT GETTING PERIODICAL DISCOUNTS ON BONUS OF PREMIA IN FUTURE.
6. IF ANY ACCDIENT WOULD HAVE OCCURRED WHO WAS RESPONSIBLE. NOTHING HAPPENED WITH GODS GRACE.
7. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MENTAL TENSIONS I HAVE GONE THROUGH THE DAY I CAME TO KNOW THAT MY CAR IS UNINSURED FOR SUCH A LONG TIME.

Car Insurance — not refend the loose in accident

Dear sir,
I have an car insurance with united india insurance Punjabi bagh Branch.
25th may 2009 my car damzed in an accident. I had gived my car to Him motors Peera ghadi for comlcation and also same day i informe the insurance company head Mrs Suman Punjabi Bagh
She appoint mr G S Bagga for survey the car and he surve the car on 26th may 2009.
the car is comlete on 15 th june 2009 and again it survey by mr G S Behal after that i pay the loose amount Rs 63785. But till date i did not receve refodn from united india insurance.
I had been go there several times but not body tell me anthing on this matter
kindly look the matter on your end.

NEW INDIA ASSURANCE CO. LTD — Non Receipt of Insurance Policy

I renewed my Maruti Insurance Ploicy on 09/01/2010 but the policy niether downloded or nor receipot in my mail box. I got cofirmation for receipt of my payment for renewal premium and despite the assurance that I will receive my policy within 24 hour in my mail box the same has been received so far . So I request you to please look in top the matter . Details of my earlier policy is as under .

Car Insurance — Non-Receipts of New Car Insurance Policy

Documents along with premium chq given longtime back,no response from Bajaj Allianz. I am taking daily follow-up with co-ordinators but no reply. I just want to submit this policy to RTO, its very urgent but nobody is taking care of. Only for issuing policy they take lot of follow-up. Pls do the needfull.

Car Insurance — 4 months still no money?????

my 14 months car(hyundai-10) had an accident .i have icici lombard car insurance .on note it says 3.25 lacs.but they declared total loss...promised 3.50 lacs.after 2 months they said only 2.75 lacs.now completed 4 months and still not recieved money.whenever we call they say friday.our car loan instalments are still going.THE NAMES R BIG..THEIR ADDS ARE ALSO BIG..BUT WE R DISAPPOINTED
