This is rajendra samal, I have submitted my document in the month of aug in 2010 and i have been asked by 'allen.[protected]@aircel.co.in to send an official email to 'allen.[protected]@aircel.co.in' to confirm and get the sim activated. as per his instruction i have sent an official email to the given address from my official email. But my sim has not been activated since 2 months and when i asked the person whom i have given the my documents and his manager, they told me we will get back u, than i have waited for another 7-8 days and given a compliant in your CC office @ ameer pet hyderabd. But till date did not get any answere. Now i got a call from an aircell executive (allien-[protected]) as the document has not been submitted. So i want to know where is my documents? and when i can get it back. Please help me in this regards.

sir my number is [protected] just now(3 weeks) changed network from reliance to aircel. your customer care simply cutting my balnc from my account. if im calling they are not giving any response...i didnot thought aircel is worst service...

I am forwarding this email to let aircel management know, how much tough time I am going through with my bills.

In the month of May I called customer care department to activate the 3G services which they have done after few days I called them back to cancel it as I want to cut down my expenditure on bills because at that time I lost my job, they asked me to send an SMS stop 3G to 121 which I have done and later on I called them back and they told me services will be deactivated in 24hrs. After couple of days I called them to check whether my 3G services are been cancelled or not customer care rep said my services are been cancelled. Then later I got call from aircel regarding retention plan they said I will be getting 2GB(GPRS) of internet 1000 mints and 500 MSG free It was really good deal I liked it and loved to be with aircel hear on.

Then I made a payments of around 1100RS, later on I call aircel to check what plan I am in to and whether my payments are been updated are not they said it has been updated and I am in the same retention plan what I was in informed by your retention team. But they never told me my 3G package was not been canceled I was using internet and speed what I was getting was too good I got a dought and called customer care to check what services I am getting, whether I am getting 3G or normal GPRS I called them around 5 time and they said me its normal GPRS I carry on with that within two days I got SMS from Aircel stating my credit limit is above to exceed again I called customer care and check with them why is that’ I got that’ SMS again Guess what???? Rep told me, he asked me to ignore that’ MSG which I did according to him it was send by mistake to me.

Again after one day I get an same SMS stating my credit limit is around 95% please make payments.. Then again I called customer care and spoke to rep her name was Svarnamala she told me my bill is so high because I am using 3G I told her I have cancelled 3G long back why is that I am being charged, spoke to one of your supervisor Ganesh he assured he will look in to that matter which he did up to his limit what he can does and 3G was cancelled in month of AUGUST.

Now it’s been around two weeks I am calling Aircel still my issues is not been fixed and I was been asked to pay around 1000rs again which was not my fault.. I have been with aircel around more than 2yrs I believe I never stopped any bill or asked for any discounts. More ever I don’t get any bill at my home I placed the request long back for this which was never resolved till now I trust aircel i get my bill through SMS and I Pay directly.

I want to Aircel to please check on this and reply to me I really don’t want to go change to other network all my friends are with aircel and from the day one I really loved to be with Aircel family.. I Also referred all my friends to Aircel I can give you all those numbers and for this reason I don’t want to move to other network and my friends moving as well we are really happy until now the place where I work we also Aircel and Vodafone stores I always ref all my friends to be with Aircel, I would request Aircel to please check on my account and get back to me as soon as possible on [protected]@dell.com .if not [protected]@gmail.com

I would like to thanks to Ganesh, vishwanath for their professionalism, As I always I want to be the part of aircel family and I really don’t want to move to another network by using numbers portability.

When you initiate a gprs/wap session from your mobile, the same was validated & you have been billed accordingly.

Hence we are unable to pass any credits for the same.

This is Sivakumar. My mobile No is [protected]. I am using aircel sim for more than 2 years. It is working good. but the problem is when i call to 121 or 198 that providing some options for different departments. If i select any option that is connecting to only 3g and Internet department. I am facing this same problem from Sep 15, 2011. I have given so many complaints on this problem. I talked to so many customer care executives. They are telling me " Select right options then it connects to required department.". But if i select any option this is connecting to only 3g and internet department. Some customer care executives disconnecting the call while talking to them. Their opinion is problem is on my side. I have given complaint they didn't give complaint number. although the problem is not solved. on sep 28 once again i have given complaint on the same problem. Then they gave complaint number. and i think 4th October i got a message from aircel. that is "your sr no. 1-[protected] has been solved successfully on 4th of this month." . But the problem is not solved. Once again i met the Aircel Store in tirupati. They told me complaint registered. but complaint was not registered. I have given so many complaints between sep 15 and today. I talked to Architha Who is the floor supervisor in aircel organization. they told me " problem will be solved with in 24 hours". And recently i told my problem to Surekha who is the Team Leader. The aircel store employees ( executives) also tried to connect to required departements from my number. But they couldn't connect to required departments. When they call to 121 or 198 then also that connected to 3g and Internet departments only. The person Who disconnected my call while talking is "Chandramouli ( Executive)" So what iam telling to you Kindly solve my problem with in 24 hours.
Sir/Mam I shikha jain from gujarat city mehsana... As i was just doing security setting in my mobile and by dis my mobile asked my PUK number.. Next i have gone to the shopkeeper from where i have brought this sim card, he took my sim card and almost after 2-3 days he started my number.. but he has not told me to submit my documents again... Now my outgoing phone call has been stoped from last 4days from 15th of june... When i told dat shopkeeper about my outgoing process he told me that your number will not start again... please restart my number... my aircel number is [protected]... please i want this number back... please show me ur needful result in my favour...

This is Murali Mohan mobile number is [protected].Regarding not respond from stores persons, due to i have given request for address changing but not solved within bill generation date and after one week go to store at Narayanaguda Hyderabad not at all response, after called customer care they have said you go to store not done address changing our side after bill generareted.This issue not solved within timeline how is satisfied from customer your services, i have really unsatisfied, i have given rating 1.

i sheik tayyab my mobile no:- [protected], using from 2009 I want to complaint regarding the customer care I have call to customer care regarding the change of my tariff plan so the agent unable to explain the detail why it has been change so there asking a minute of time and keeping the call on hold and there are transfer the call to some extension then there is no response Some customer care executives disconnecting the call while talking to them if the companies don't want to give a service to customer so why they have running the company i don't now so i have really unsatisfied with your services SO REQUESTING THE HIGHER AUTHORITY TO TAKE ACTION AGAIN THE AGENT

i purchased aircel sim on 27th feb . the retailer said me on purchase of 50 rs sim u vl get 50 rs balance .but i didnt get the bal ...nd weni called to cef status they were saying they didnt receive the documents till yet ...but i got the network...plzzz see that they checkd the proofs nd i get my bal back ...my number is [protected]
Dear sir, this is basha, issue regarding is balance dipletion on my number([protected]), I would just opening a Google home page but I received this SMS (thanks for using Aircel service), I am in conclusion what happened in there, so I called a customer care, one of the agent lifted my call, they will informed NDTV service activeted in my number, so I am informed this is activated not my consent, she will not take complaint, this is a with out consent service pls refunding by balance, I hope you resolve my problem
