[Resolved]  Carnation — Pathetic customer service

Carnation is a multi brand auto hub boasting about customer service. But when you will drive in there no body is bothered to ask you for what you have come. Today i went there with my car and waited around 30 mins then a lady approached me and asked for concern. she then came with a pad and pen to inspect the vehicle...imagine a girl of around 25 years with no knowledge of automobile comes to inspect your vehicle!!!!!!. I am told that a normal service of Maruti zen will cost min of Rs. 3500 + parts if any. i was there at 10 am and i was given the delievery time of 6pm. when the service was done, my car was not looking as clean as they claim to be....Overall a pathetic customer service & over priced service.

Hello Sir,
Let me share something about your carnation Bangalore work quality, before going to your carnation I heard some customers about your service and cost but they said good opinions about services, then I took my car into carnation for service,
For the first time Nov24th 2011 I brought my car to carnation for service, the nature of fault was water was entering in engine block due to head gasket burns then they gave me estimation for repair 18000K .they took one month to repair the car and charged me 26000k, then I took and went for long drive after 100km some noise getting started in timing belt and air suction problem then I showed local garage person on the road and he rectified and complained that the belt was fitted wrongly and there was no air filter. Then I called carnation they asked excused and apologies .
After running 1450km car got dead cranking was not getting on then I took car in to carnation by toeing and they found the nature of problem is related wire harnessing and should change all the wiring and the estimated 12000k after 25 days they called and charged 23000k .
After that indicator was not working and wiper motor was not getting on, so I ran the car in the same condition about 1000km.
Now the same problem water is entering in engine block again.
So what is the solution? There is no guarantee for your service? And no grantee for your quality? Charging too much and work quality is not grantee or assurance?
Please let me know the solutions?
