[Resolved]  Carrier AC — Bad Customer Service

Hi

I purchased carrier Durakool AC of 1.5 ton in the month of Feb 2008.I started using it in march 2008 but it was not working.Even after several complains in carrier AC call center no technician had visite my home and rectify my problem.

It seems that i did a mistake by purchasing carrier AC.

i had purchase split ac of carrier on 08/06/2014 and service complaint done on 19/4/16 complaint no is[protected] still till date i.e 22/4/16 not been materilised complaint still pending i have never seen such a lethergic serv ice of air condition. such as carrier.
pl look into the matter

Very Very bad customer care Services for carrier ac
Worst service by Carrier AC.

I lodged a complaint as my carrier AC, split AC, Kure 1 ton stopped working. The complaints reference numbers are:-
1. 0n 14 May, 2016 at 1000hrs vide Complaint no.[protected]

2. On 15 May, 2016 at 1030 vide complaint no[protected]

3. on 15 May, 2016 at 1400hrs, Repeat call to Customer Care

Still, no service technician has called up or repaired while warranty on Compressor is for 05 years. Worst service. Never ever purchase Carrier AC.
We have raised the compliant on 23rd May'2016 Split AC 1.5 ton is not working/cooling. 24th May technician came and verified that inner unit problem. service report itself mentioned AC is not working when we have checked with customer care on 25th that ticket was closed. they have asked us to create one new ticket (25th created a new ticket) till sunday no one was turned that ticket was opened (29.05.2016), . yesterday we called the customer care understand that ticket was closed. really I don't understand without fixing the issue. how you will close the ticket another point is that what is the escalation procedure. I have sent couple of mails to support mail id . till now I have not received any reply. Really I don't know what kind of support this customer care is giving.

Opting Carrier AC is definitely a huge mistake and we will have to live with it now. I purchased the Estrella Plus Model (costing around 27K) 1.5 Ton 3 star and merely after 2 days the cooling stopped. I Registered the complaint on 5th April morning 9:30 AM and till date, have called them around 5 times, with no positive response. As promised no one from the service center has called us yet and customer care people said the engineer might visit us in another 2 days or so.

AC Retailer is hardly interested in assisting us now.

great eastern shop its very bad company and carier ac very bad not good ac service new ac purchase in wednesday company ac send shopper to my office. but ac split moter ad ic fuse we call again and again but not reponse me.

I bought Carrier AC 5 years ago. We have 3 samsung Ac one Lg in total.
But unfortunately the most expensive and well know brand like Carrier who is know for quality product has failed to perform. I personally bought this for my bedroom and now I am being mocked upon because of this faulty product.

Every year same issue of water leakage happens.
None of the other AC's hvthis leakage issue. Everyyear technician comes cleans the filters and takes off, last visit on 13th april 2018bthey filled in gas. But condensation problem persists.
Really disappointed on my decision.

True, the services of Carrier are pathetic and their agents are negligible and inefficient. After being charged for service of rs. 6000, in 15 days the problem arrises again and there's no resolution yet. There service is very slow and not satisfactory at all.
