[Resolved] Carrier Airconditioner — Faulty unit - need replacement | |||
I regret to write that my new carrier air conditioner is not working properly since i have bought it. I have logged couple of complaints with the customer care but the problem is still not resolved. Even once the leakage was diagnosed and gas was refilled. But on 24th june 2013 again i logged a complaint with customer care, the engineer visited & told that again gas has leaked. This is really unacceptable. I have paid rs. 23, 500/- for the new air conditioner of a reputed brand - carrier & i can not keep on getting numerous repairs done within 2 months of purchase. There is certainly some manufacturing fault with this unit & i am not going to accept any further repairs. Request you to please get this unit replaced with a new unit at the earliest. carrier — Faulty Air conditioner
I have purchased 1 ton window Ac model- Estrella on 4 Mar 2011 from OK televisions Thane. 09 Mar 2011 person came from Carrier for Demo. The gentleman informed that the grill is defective and took the grill back. He informed that grill will replaced soon.Today is 22March 11 days are over and we are still to receive grill back. Every time I call I am informed that it will be done in 2 days.Kindly let me know what legal action I can take. Please guide.

Carrier Airconditioner — Supplied a defective piece
I have purchased a Carrier 1.5 T AC and they have sent a damaged piece. This was noticed when installation technician came for install. We have contacted reliance digital for replacement and the response has been so bad. RD says they have register with carrier cell for replacement. By the time the approval came they do not have other piece to replace. RD says they can deliver a new piece after 3 days and not ready to refund the money. I am fed up with this store and will never anything from here in my life time.
