i have sent an application for counter signature on 18th june 09. for 10th pass t.c. for counter signature but i could not get it back yet. it is needed on home address f-5/5 char imli bhopal.

Sir I want to send my attested documents to the overseas college ...so what are formalities regarding this ...and I had also heard that you guys also send the attested documents to the overseas college...so I want to know that, do you send by speed Post or you guys do courier...and how much time does it take to complete this process...
