First I had booked D8, D9 for that case trnasaction not done properly; but the amount debited from my account through HDFC netbanking. And ticket print out also not came to my mail ID. Pls go through the attachment.

After that agin I had booked D6 & D7. For this case transction done properly with ticket print out & also got the mail.

Dear Sir,

Please go throgh the attachment in details .

I have already given you the deatils with attachment since 29th sep.

Also go through the trail in details for better information.
From your side some body confirm that he has receive the attachment details also.
After that he told me to purchase another 2- ticket , we will arrange to return with in 48hr.

Alraedy 13days left.

How many times I will request you.....

As per CCA Avenues they have not received , but my online tranction shows that 124/- credited to CCA Avenues
( For this you can check the attachment - In MS office 2007 - Excel Format).
Also you can contact HDFC bank; at other end HDFC bank's customercare dept. explained that CCA Avenues is responsible for this transaction. for this bank is not responsible.....!!!!!!

For this who will responsible I don't know. Every time you both parties make different excuse.....

hdfcbank — Refund of Booking Amount not yet received

Dear Sir,

I had applied for flat under MHADA scheme. Code No - 237 ; Location - Versova ; Category - G P Open ; Application No - 110771.

I have given Rs. 1, 00, 000 ( One Lakh ) as Booking Amount.

I have not been allotted the flat.

Also, I have not yet received the refund amount.

Request you to look into the matter.

HDFC Bank — cheque not credited

I hold an account in Sector 37 Branch of HDFC Bank. Where I deposited a cheque for 2500 Euros drawn on Deutsche Bank on June 1st. I was assures that the amount will be credited to my account in approximately 3 weeks. On 25th June, I checked my balance online and found that the money had arrived and shown as available balance. I issued a cheque on that account but to my horror the cheque bounced. On checking the account I found that the balance was a negative amount as a number of charges had been levied which included foreign currency transaction and bounced cheque and so on.

I re-visited the branch on July 2 but the staff there had no clue why the money was “on hold”. They called up some number and the person on the other end of the line told me that he had put the money “on hold” a few hours after it showed as “available balance” on my account and that it was because of “cooling period” which would last another 2 weeks but could not explain it satisfactorily what it was. Later he said he would release the money the same day. The staff of the branch said they would reverse all the charges that very day.

One week later still nothing has happened; and I do not get any replies from the bank. It is ridiculous that the bank blocks the money even after it has arrived and does not allow the customer to use what is in effect their money but they charge the customer for it promptly!
My check from PF office issued on dated: 25/06/09, but till date i have not received any single ammoun of ruppee in my account. The check no. for the same is 707881.

HDFC Bank/Net Banking — Not refunded amount for unsuccessful transaction

Hi Sir,
I made a online tranaction for GATE application amount was deducted twice and transaction was uncuccessfully and my amount was not refunded back till now.
I got a mail proff from GATE-IIT-Kanpur,We have refunded all duplicate payments long back in November itselt.But bank customer care team not resolving this issue.

HDFC Bank — cheque amount not credited in 14 days

HDFC bank is the biggest loosers. 1 cheque was deposited in their GLF galeria branch on 7th april. money doesnt show in my account even after 14days. it shows their incapability to serve their customer. when i try to lodge a complaint the customer care excutive kept me waiting for 15 mins.

I think that man is mad bcoz we also book tickets through that site & we have also got refunded our amount 2 times from the date when it was started .I regularly book tickets for films but if amount not refunded then i give them my refrence id & then they refund me my money by giving that transaction refernce id to bank . As they told us.
I have booked a domestic flight ticket on 10 th feb 2011, the booking not succeed due to technical pprblems. The TRANS ID- CCA11BALL252. Amount is INR 4162.00, The same another booking I got credit already. But I want to know about this booking.

The refund yet not credited at my account. Please keep me update ASAP.

Did anyone get refunds from CC Avanue? It seems there are lots of problems with Avenues India Ltd Payment gateway. I ran into same issue today. Still awaiting for refund.

I have got following message

"MySQL server is down"

while i was recharging my Vodafone (+91-[protected]) with RS 222 on 28-June-2011 by NEFT through HDFC bank.

So i have not got any transaction/Order number but the amount was deducted from my account.
