[Resolved]  Ccavenue — No Refund

Hi,

I made a payment to a theatre for booking tickets through ccavenue.com. The transaction did not happen at that time and teh tickets are not booked, but ICICI bank sent the money the next day to CCAVENUE. But the tickets which I blocked were already booked by some other person because the money did not get transfered by the bank when I booked for the first time. The next day CCAVENUE sent mail saying that they received the money from the bank. when I went to the theatre and showed the order number to collect my tickets that orde rnumber gave by CCAVENUE did not book any tickets. I lost Rs.579 in the transaction. Noe CCAVENUE say that they transfered the money to CENTRAL THEATRES, COIMBATORE. When I asked to them about the money they ask me to contact CCAVENUE. Till date I did not receive any money.

And you can call them on this number :[protected] and Ask for customer service

You will surely get your refund if your merchant initiated refund process.

I am jitendra, I ordered some yahoo product and canceled the order.
Money has been debited from bank Account but Not refunded yet.
I am continuously calling to CCAVENUE cust care, but every time same response "Refund will be done in 2-3 days".

Called Bank too, they says CCAVENUE has not sent money back.
