I am getting neither any response from CCM (Refunds), SE Rly., Kolkata-1 nor even an acknowledgement of my claim / reasons for delay in settlement of the case. To, The Chief Commercial Manager (Refunds), South Eastern Railway, 14, Starand Road, Kolkata – 700 001. Dear Sir, Refund of Fare – PNR no. [protected]. This is for your kind information that I furnished Application for Refund of Fare along with TDR no. KGP 0175409, Dtd.25/06/2010 issued from Howrah Railway Station, sent thro’ Speed Post dtd.28/06/2010 from Beliaghata P.O. Kolkata – 700010. In fact, I couldn’t travel by 8477 Utkal Exp. From KGP to BRS on 20/06/2010 by 3A PNR no. [protected] as the train route was diverted and didn’t touch the boarding station on the date. I furnished my Bank account details in the Form but even after lapse of long four months, I do not know the fate of my claim of Rs.837/- towards Refund of Fare. Kindly look into the matter and arrange for refund of Rs.837/- at an early date. Regards. I had cancelled my ticket bearing PNR No.[protected]TDR Bi, 082933 Dt[protected]. Reported this matter to the Chief Commercial Manager ( Refunds ), Kolkatta - 700001 by several letters for settlement of refund claim against cancellation made by me. Since 2003 i keep on contacting the concerned authority to initiate action and to give credit to my account. Till date the matter is not resolved. Also sent emails to customer care and requested them to look into this issue for which they asked me to contact the respective reservation counter personally for taking help. Today ie.[protected] contacted them. They informed me to speak to you or contact at your office for getting solution to get the refund of money. In this connection, i want to state that i am stationed at Hyderabad and have problem to meet you or contact you personally. Therefore, my request is to note that matter and sort out the same immediately as its pending more than 10 years.

With reference to the above, your deputed /hired miscreant- T.T[ MR.S.CHATTERJEE/RECEIPT NO 834663] had physically assaulted to my son inside the train compartment and assaulted /kicked on face and pulled him, forcibly get down him at Bally Stn from running train while returning after Entrance Exam with valid admit card and ticket and taken Rs.100.00 1st and them Rs.255 against the above Receipt no.You are requested to confirm his name.Already 4 days elapsed you did not care to response.You are once again requested to sort out his name and inform us on emergency basis for taking legal action against him for taking money and assault in presence of other passengers inside the train.copy of Receipt enclosed/uploaded.

Indian Railways — Ticket fare not refunded evern after a lapse of three months
I booked three tickets for the train No.0612 on 3rd December, 2009 in PNR No.[protected] and cancelled the ticket on 4th, the next day. I was asked to wait for 90 days for the refund. Even after a lapse of 90 days, there is no refund. Kindly allow me to get back the ticket amount.Thanking you sirs,
