I bought a new reliance netconnect on 04 NOV 2008 from TELESTRA COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS, BRANCH OFF: III-2/3, GOPINATH BAZAR, DELHI CANTT, ND-10. The offer of 2 months o[censored]nlimited internet usage for free was being offered at that moment. When I told this to the relianace communication staffs, they told me that it would be activated afterwards. After regualr visits the same office, no results have yet been received. Instead they started a plan of Rs 4oo/- on their own. My MDN No is [protected]. I have got my purchase bill and other details with me. Kindly look into the matter.
