[Resolved] Celkon — MOBILE A97 PROBLEM | |||
MY CELKON A97 PURCHASED ON 30.6.2012 IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY SINCE BEGINNING. SUDDENLY SHOWING BLANK SCREEN WHILE CHARGING AND ALSO WHILE IN USE. EVERYTIME BATTERY IS TO BE REMOVED FROM MOBILE AND INSERTED FOR FURTHER USE. SERVICE CENTRE PERSON WAS GIVEN THE MOBILE FOR UPDATION OF SOFTWARE. LOCAL SERVICE CENTRE (OTHER THAN THE ONE MENTIONED IN THEIR WEBSITE) TOOK FOR REPLACEMENT OF MOBILE, BUT AFTER 45 TO 50 DAYS, RETURNED SAYING SOFTWARE IS UPDATED AND CAN BE USED. EVEN NOW THE SCREEN GOES BLANK. DO NOT KNOW WHETHER THE ISSUE WILL BE RECTIFIED OR MOBILE WILL BE REPLACED. FOR RECTIFICATION AGAIN MOBILE HAS TO BE HANDED OVER FOR ANOTHER ONE OR TWO MONTHS. NOT SURE WHY CELKON IS TAKING SO MUCH TIME FOR RECTIFICATIONS ALSO. THE SERVICE CENTRE MENTIONED IN CELKON WEBSITE (M/S RTS CELL POINT, HASSAN) ITSELF IS NOT FUNCTIONING IN HASSAN AND NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE NUMBERS GIVEN IN SITE.
