[Resolved] CellOne — outgoing calls barred even after payment
We wish to inform that, we are having corporate group wide cell one connections. however the bills are generally received very late just before due dates not allowing lead time for payment processing after due verification.
for cell No.[protected] the bill for dec09 is already paid. however the outgoing calls are barred. we request you to provide reasons/explanations for same and arrange for outgoing call facility immediately since the company work suffers for timely communication.
