[Resolved] Cera — Seat Covers are unstable | |||
Hi I bought two pieces of 2067 Charisma One Piece EWC (concealed 'S' trap) Seat cover of both of them are not working properly.Seat cover are not fitted properly and are always unstable I have already lodged a complaint regarding the malfunctioning in their seat covers twice. I have two new CERA toilets. The seats on both have either cracked or broken within two months of their installation. One seat was replaced. It cracked again within a few weeks. And just a few days after the second one broke into a half dozen pieces. . Each time, either myself or my son was just sitting on the seat and it cracked or completely broke .when awe shifted position. I am 75 years old and NEVER did a toilet seat crack or break. CERA makes the worst designed or functioning toilets I have eve seen. I fully expect other problems - such as leaking - to develop.Do others have this problem? What is the best way to address it?

FLUSH PROBLEM
