[Resolved] Ceramix — Horrible After Sales Service | |
I purchased a tap from Ceramix which got faulty after 4 months. The tap has a warranty of 12 months and its well within the warranty period. After calling the Ceramix company to show them the faulty part, the company inspection person came after a week, despite promising to visit the next day. Upon coming and checking the part, the inspector refused to even check or touch the faulty part and didn't take any responsibility for the faulty part. He said that his company won't replace it and didn't listen to anything else. He left and asked to contact the plumber for the same. Upon saying that we would complaint in the consumer forum, the inspector laughed it off saying that no forum can do anything in his company matters. This is the worst after sales service and the most horrible company I have ever dealt with.
