I am Amit Chakraborty Son of Puspa Chakraborty.My complain is our meter 20.12.2009 burnt.But this meter is out going neutral problem.But this problem is suffering 2 months continuing before 20.12.2009.I have to 1000Rs for new meter.
My complain is why we have to pay for new meter?This matter i have complain to the zonal office from Shyambazar.My Docket number is 211209/[protected].
That time ur officer told me that in case u r not to pay ur new meter amount,we r sending our technician open ur defective burnt meter then testing our workshop,whose problem in case cese fault we supply new meter free of cost,in case customar fault have to pay new meter amount.
I asking u our old meter ur fault u return money 1000Rs or deduction our electric bill.
I highly obliege to u i[censored] action for this matter as soon as posible.
I complain cesc by internet on 20.02.2010 But cesc no action this matter,
That reason i complain indian consumer complain.
