[Resolved]  Chaithanya Samarpan — Poor Facilities in Chaithanya Samarpan

Chaithanya sold the Samarpan property with lots of promises but have not delivered on them. Some of the major issues/pains the residents are going through are:
1. Extremely poor quality of water supply - hard and corrosive. Inadequate water reserve and no intention to bring Cauvery water to the property.
2. Construction quality poor - large number of houses have leakages and poor quality of sanitary fittings - all chinese made
3. Club House is not ready even after 3 years. Work is progressing at a snail pace. World class swimming pool being made is JUST a lap pool - only fit for small children
4. High cost of maintenance - initial promise was lifetime maintenance - now demanding as high as Rs 2.40 per sq feet of land owned - with little or no facility except a large green open space.
5. Builder reluctant to recognise a registered association of owners inspite of majority of owners being part of the association.

Good that somebody is taking on the goons. Dont pay them man for their maintenance... bleed them to death.
Next time call someone more reliable and more reasonable.

Chaithanya Samarpan — Quality

Quality of construction is realy poor. The guy who owns the company is a two faced snake. An english speaking goonda. I am unable to use facilities after nearly 2 years of occupation. I really will take him to court
Some observations of this property:

1. Build quality is poor, wall and ceiling cracks, inside and outside come up soon.
2. Main door quality is poor with no peep hole.
3. Cheap Chinese Sanitary / Door hardware has been used.
4. Cheap quality window frames.
5. Inside house is painted with cheap quality distemper and not regular paint.
6. Many floor tiles are hollow and prone to breakage.
7. No healthcare or shopping complex or hang out place near the complex, more like a retirement living.
8. Balconies do not face front of the house but are on the back facing the neighbours bedroom.
9. Very high ceilings leading to high electricity cost for air conditioning.
10. The land is ant infested and has to be maintained, as little ant hills get formed all over the place.
11. Mobile signals weak in the area and calls drop or are not possible, no wireless internet too.
12. New gas connections not available in this area.
13. Water leakage from walls
