[Resolved] Chandrakala Indane — MIsmanagement
This complaint is regarding the mismanagement while gas booking.My consumer number is 11394. Consumer name is Shri Chand Goel.
We generally book our gas through the computerised number 1260.
What they do is they book the gas and later on they dont send the gas for so many days.
And if we ask from the customer care number of Chandrakla Agency .i.e.22357295 they say we dont have a booking.
This has been happening for so many times.
Recently we booked our gas on 25/09/2010 at computerised number 1260 at 02:21 p.m. but we have not received our gas till today .i.e. 04/10/2010.
We even asked from customer care number 22357295 on 01/10/2010 they said we will send it to you by the evening. But today they are saying that they dont have any booking of ours.
So this all mismanagement and corruption on their part is causing inconvenience to us.
Kindly take strict action against them and do the needful for us.
