CALL SETTING

CELL BRODCAST

DISABLE ALL SETTING
( IF IT IS ENABLE THAN YOU GET MSG CHEK IT OUT AND REPLY)

me to is being troubled by this hopeless .
i had complained thrice, and all the time i get a call that ur problem is been cured and will not disturb u again.
but next day it starts again.

i am also getting channel 50 sms whenever I am out of Mumbai circle. I complaint to vodafon a number of times, but no use. I am getting the sms in every 30 seconds.. it really irritating. Gopalkrishnan

50 channel — unwanted spam sms

Getting spam SMS messages **constantly** (1 per minute) from "50 channel" with message "sarachane". No option to reply/stop. These are costing me money and filling my inbox. How do I stop it.

I agree, and it has become really irritating continuously receiving messages from CH 50.
Has anyone had any success in blocking the messages from CH 50? Please share

@asd4216 is correct it worked for me go to your message settings and turn off the cell broadcasting and i hope it will work i just did this and till now no spam i hope it contines for me

For Android (Jelly Bean 4.2.1) do the following to stop these Push Messages:
Go to mesagging
Go to settings(press the options button)
Go to General
At the bottom you will see Cell broadcast
Select your sim if you have a dual sim mode and then uncheck the Cell Broadcast Option.
This worked for my Xolo Q2000

My Idea no - [protected]. I am facing same problem of getting a lot of promotional idea messages every minute by minute. per hour 100+
This is concern. as i have already raised DND request & i have called idea help desk for the same problem multiple times but still getting these sms. Please stop these unnecessary sms asap...

Though I disabled Cell broad cast service, I am getting messages continuesly. My mobile is Lenevo A 706. Any reply is appreciated.

Follow this process to stop channel msg-

Go to massaging --> "open menu" list(touch right side) --> select "Settings" --> select "General" --> select "Call broadcast" --> click on SIM Icon --> Now Uncheck "Cell broadcast" check box
