MCD Complaints - illegal structure and activity in basement in vikas puri Review all MCD complaints MCD illegal structure and activity in residance area jeevan park pankha road uttam nager To, Deputy Commissioner (west zone) MCD Delhi West Zone Community centre, Vishal Enclave Rajori Garden New Delhi Subject: selling and storing inflammables, eatables, explosive and hazardous substances, in the Ground and first floor without obtaining license or in contravention of the terms and condition of the license. Sir, The owner and occupant of basement at E-107 jeevan park pankha road, New Delhi has started a huge departmental store covering the entire basement of about 150 sq.ft. And has been selling and storing all kind of flammable, eatables, acids, explosives, gas filling capsule chamicals without any license/permission form your office and in violation of the conditions of license. The said usage is also in violation of the building bye laws. Sir, it has also come to our notice that the said departmental store is not registered with the shop and establishment nor he has taken any kind of permission from the fire department/MCD and DDA before the establishment of the said store. The person visiting the said departmental store are and the risk of loosing their life. In view of the facts mentioned above it is requested that directions may kindly be used to stop the misused of the said basement area till proper license/permissions are obtained from the competent authorities. sir/madam
i would like to inform u and make you acknowledge, about aggarwal sweet corner, which is running at pankha road, sagarpur, new delhi.
This sweet corner is preparing there food products in 2nd floor of gali no-9, vashisht park, sagarpur.as this practice is not safe according to me, because they use L.P.G. gass cylinders for there work, and they are not using the proper safety aspects and precautions.
someday or other it may cause a serious miss happening or some sort of disaster accident to others life.

over pointwise question are as under
1.what is roll of contractor.
2 what is dranage system of new construct road
3 dranage system is constructed by the contractor or made by as per the instruction of local residential.
4. please visit or ask to vist on that road to check the dranage system
5 very clear " DONT IGNORE" DO SOME THING FOR US
CONTRACTOR
6. What is your action against that Ladies contractor.
7 have i used the RTI act for this improper act

Subject: Running Illegal Namkin Factory in residential area on IIIrd floor without obtaining license or in contravention of the terms and condition of the license.
Sir,
The owner and occupant of IIIrd Floor, at MB-45, Master Block, Shakarpur, Delhi-110092 has started a huge Factory covering the entire IIIrd Floor of about 100 sq.ft. And has been making of namkins, packing with heavy machine, polluted air, sound pollution without any license/permission form your office and in violation of the conditions of license. The said usage is also in violation of the building bye laws.
Sir, it has also come to our notice that the said Namkin factory owner is not registered with the shop and establishment nor he has taken any kind of permission from the fire department/MCD and DDA before the establishment of the said factory. The East Delhi Police are also visiting the said factory owner and the risk of loosing their life. I request to you sir please seal this factory and save our life.
In view of the facts mentioned above it is requested that directions may kindly be used to stop the misused of the said floor till proper license/permissions are obtained from the competent authorities.

Same complain has been mentioned in Mrs. Anita Babbar ( Elected member of MCD) but no body confirm me through mail or through telecon.
Once again humble request to you kindly take a serious note about it and provide us a proper drainage system in the front of my house 42/2 gali no-3 Krishna Puri as soon as possible

THE CONCERNED AUTORITIES HAVE SEALED THE UNAUTHORISED CONSTRUCTION GOING ON AT WZ 106/108 RAJOURI GARDEN EXTENSION, BEHIND CAMBRIDGE FOUNDATION SCHOOL, NEW DELHI 27. DESPITE THE BUILDING GETTING SEALED STILL THE OWNER IS CARRYING OUT THE CONSTRUCTION WORK.
IT IS REQUESTED TO THE CONCERNED TO KINDLY TAKE THE STRINGENT ACTION AGAINST THE OWNER AND STOP THE ONGOING CONSTRUCTION WORK DESPITE SEALING
