[Resolved]  Chennai Metro Water — water connection in ward 188(5/1227,bankofbaroda colony,madipakkam

i am 60 yrs old,retired on 310513 from bankofbaroda.i paid rs1000/- to madipakkam panchayat on[protected]receipt no.51127).water was supplied by panchayat authorities for onne year. subsequently,the water pipeline to my house was broken and hence no water was provided from 2002 onwards. in 2006 when i asked the panchayat theyn said the line was beoken,in between my bank )BOB) transfered me to bangalore,mumbai metc. i was retransfered to chennai in 2012. since then i am trying for metrowater connection. whether pipeline will be repaired and water supplied to me in a sump i have construcyed in 2009 in front of my house. though orally i have been informed that the line was replaced i do not receive metrowater at all though in our colony the first 8-10 houses receive metro/panchayat water.i i i complained to your office at ifo_ho as directed in your website but even afterr 2 reminders no reply or provision of water to my house. what is to be done can anyone enlighten me. my water sources are depleting very fast. my mobile no.is [protected] & email id:vshekhar.[protected]@gmail.comcan i expect any action at you end sie/madam?Please provide as much information as possible...
