The biggest mistake of choosing the worst CHENNAI PACKERS AND MOVERS seeing the lowest rate. House hold item was move from Chennai to Trivandrum , through the entire process it was headache at each level
1)Apart from the quoted amount the 3 people who came for packing forcefully demanded 1500 as their 'TIP' , after arguing we stop them with 1200, in fear of damage to our house hold item
2) They inform the luggage will reach within 2 days, after that we need to call them 1000 times to get track of the luggage and finally it arrived after two weeks
3) Thought even though with lot of tension at last we got our luggage finally ,AS A GREAT SHOCK CAME TO KNOW THAT OUR TRAVEL BAG with full dress and valuable documents is not their
4) The driver told they will get back soon and left
5)Finally when ever we are calling to the representative of packers and movers one PARTHIPAN AND Mahalingam ([protected]), he finally told he don't know anything and when seeing our call he simple cut the call
Final words form him : "Do what ever u people want he cannot trace it"

packers and movers service — Luggage not delivered
Hi,I sent one carton from Bangalore to Bikaner(Rajasthan) on 29th July, 2008 through a packers and movers service in bangalore. The carton has not yet reached. I tried to call them a number of times, but all they say is we'll get back to you in 1-2 days. So and so person is not there. You will get the carton in 4-5 days. Even I went to their office a couple of times but in vain. Its been 4 months, so I thought of putting it down in consumer forum.The carton was insured as written in the receipt of payment. Please help!!
