Chennai Regional Passport Office — Non Receipt of Passport | |
File No. F009966 / 09 Name: Yovan Thiyagarajan Date of Birth :12/08/2008 I have applied for passport to my children (1 year old) before 4 months back. Eventhough, did not receive anything till date. Since iam staying UAE, i could not able to go to passport office for enquiries. My self attestation from Indian Embassy, UAE also has submiited on 12/07/2009. Regional passport office , Chennai — Non Receipt of Passport
Date : 03/10/2009I have Applied for passport on April 23 2009 .
My police verification was over by june month .
My Online Application Status Changed to Police Report is clear and Your Application is under Process in September month .
But Still i did not receive my passport and status is not changed .
My Application no is : B012686/09. Now i got a on site chance in my company .
I am afraid of missing it since i am not having passport .
Kindly help me get it the earliest .
