This is to bring into your kind notice that I have applied for my PF withdrawal against the claim id-TNMAS[protected] and member id-TNMAS/0051445/000/0012825.
Employee id-P7231
Today i.e. on[protected] I have received your letter addressing to The Manager, Punjab National Bank, channi himmat Jammu for the payment of PF amount, with the letter where it is mentioned that a chq is being enclosed with the letter bearing chq no-53767 drawn on State Bank Of India, Anna Salai, Chennai.
But this is to inform you that there was no cheque attached with the letter, the envelop which is received contained only letter.
Request you to kindly send the cheque or if not possible then stop the cheque and issue the new cheque.

My last working month was september 2008. My employee number is W0615. I also talk to Mr. Laxman to solve the quairy and he told me every month your was credited in next month but till now i did'nt got my PF amount.. Please sir do the needful.. Sir I have a father's name changed in my EPF account.But I'm not getting the right information here If the branch manager tells you there is no her department you should to the head office.Please let me know your head office contact number or address.
