Chola ms is a big cheater they make you ullu
they have cheated me, they don't renew the policy, what they'll do is, they will change the policy name and tell u that the particullar policy is no more available and cannot be renewed.
i have claimed for re-imbursement and it has been two(2) months they are still investigating...
i gave them all the hospital documents.. but still they say we r investigating and no response every time you call them, they will give you a complain number and thats over from thier side
