Dear / Respected Sir, i was having used vehicle loan (BMW 3 series) from ICICI bank some years back, but after some months I was not able to pay EMI on time so I surrendered the vehicle to the same. i have made all the settlements with ICICI bank and i am having all the ful & final settlement letters from them. there are no issues from my side. It was in 2006 last and in 2008 when i applied for a vehicle loan with HDFC for a maruthi Swift diesel vehicle i was said that i am in defaulters list in from ICICI bank for the same BMW and when enquired they have sold the BMW and around Rs 23500 is due from me, and i had told the collection manager of ICICI bank, M G Road, Ernakulam, Kerala district that i will pay the amount and clear off the dues they are not at all helping me clear out the issue and i am having another loan from the same ICICI branch for a taxi Innova and i am repaying it for the past 2 years. I need to know my present status in your criteria by those banks as they submited. or please tell me the way how can i be totally free from these kind of harrasments. as per todays position, i have applied for a loan o[censored]sed car but ICICI & HDFC bank has refused to approve. i had personal loan with citi bank, i paid all emis even though my name is added in cibil list. I contacted bank persons, i didn't get proper reply from them. Please help regarding this

Dear sir,

I was using the Hdfc credit card ..With out my knowledge my card was misused by my friend . After that i came to know my friend was used 9, 000 ...My card limit is 12, 000, After few months of time i came to know this . I called to the Hdfcbank and i took the complete details, In that details the intrest is very high its exceeds my card limit.

After i had gone for settlement The bank has quoted 14, 500 . I was ready to pay that amount . But the Hdfcbank executive is not came and collected the amount. After i called to Hdfc back and i informed to come and collect the money after that also no one came the next month my account has been in paused by hdfcbank. I informed to bank people to take the money and i got the settlement letter also. Now if i try to apply the loan the bank has been rejecting says that my name is in Cibil.

I really unhappy about the activity of this private banks. Why indian government is not involving for this credit card issues . Now the bank people are telling that i will not get any loan from anywhere..the bank are taking revenge to all the customers.

I would like to release my name from cibil. So indian government to take some necessary action agianst this.

Cibil reports creats lot of problems between bankers and the cosmuters( those who
needs funds for housing etc). in this way no bank can grant loan for any purpose.It will effect the prffitablity.So goverment as well as banks may take steps, for the solving this problem.
