Hello Sir/Madam,

My name is Aishwarya theres an issue regarding my father's cibil score, in 2004 my father had taken personal loan of 20, 000/- from Bajaj Finance in Sangli. He paid 3/4th of 20, 000/- and near about 5, 000 were remaining to pay. But in 2005 Sangli suffered from Tsunami heavy flood and people had lots of loss, so looking at peoples losses on requesting Bajaj Finance they let us not pay the remaining amount, so we thought the personal loan is closed then but now when I see the cibil score it shows that u have to pay 1, 11, 000/- whereas, on requesting it was meant not to be paid and since, 2005 the Bajaj Finance is been shut and all other finances got separated by different names like Bajaj Finserv, Bajaj Alliance, etc and these people don't even have old records with them.
Please help is on what has to be done.
