I suggest you can send a mail to sucheta dalal, reporter. she will study your case and help you out by sending emails to cibil and get you the data.

she has very big contacts and she can take you out of the same. even i was in the same problem but i am now free from it.
my complaint is want to know how do i look out my name in satyam database... how do i find out amount and bank name... i want to see the details of list pls help me out int this matter...

Hi,



WIth deep pain and greivance I would like you to please take a necessary action against Seema, owner of the Melange- Floral Expression, Head Office, D-65, Lower ground floor, Panchsheel office, New Delhi-17.

I had made a call through my wife for the bunch of 10 red roses (which Seema Denied that she does not have red roses, which later turned into pink) to be delivered at my Gautam Nagar's Add which is hardly 1.5 Kms away from your office. At 8.30 AM, my wife called up and asked for the same. She gave the delivery timing @ 10 AM. The lady Seema took the order for the same and confirmed that it will be delivered at 10 AM (9th March). The sad part is, that, the fllower got delivered at 11.00 AM (1hour late) despite the distance, which is hardly of 15 mins from place. Seema could have rejected the order by saying that it is not possible to manitain the time but she never did so. Finally I have got the flowers but it was too late (1 hour) and the person whom I was suppossed to present that flower was already gone by that time. Meanwhile me and wife kept chasing that lady but that shameless woman does not have a courtsey to recieve call or call back. I anyways recieved the flower and left the comment on the bill about whatever had happened to me.

The lady Seema later called me back from mobile number:[protected] and started abusing me and said how can i write a comment "PATHETIC SERVICE" on the recieving slip. I can not even expect tha language of the owner of such a good company (which is not good anymore). I can not even write or mention the pain and agony I went through. She again called me from different number [protected] and repeated the same. I checked with my wife who was in office, she also has been harrased by the lady (seema). However, for your information:



1. My wife is working with equant (Orange Group) and in Admin dept from where you people are getting business since long and 1 complaint has been made to Admin head of that company regarding the same.



2. I work as a Manager, customer Relations @ Tata Communications, and would be requiring the floral services fro customers, i wanted to give a chance to business to Melange Panchsheel office (as recomended by my wife), so that I can propose it to my company as well. UNFORTUNATELY, the company failed to deliver the service and abused it's prospect customer and shut down further business from my company and a threat to further business to Equant (Orange) also.



3. In this regard I am going to lodge a compalint to CIBIL and consumer forum in India and will disseminate to as many (my colleague, friends, family all over Delhi, UP, Panjab and Jaipur) as I can to put a hold on your business atleast from them.



4. I am going to ldge an FIR against the above mentioned mobile numbers to nearby police station for harassing me and my wife and abusing ( as per the law by Supreme court of India ) .



I would also higlight it to the higher management to take proper action against that SHAMELESS woman SEEMA and withdraw her franchiseeship. She does not have a sense of business ehancement and feel for customer services.

This is umesh singh and i had taken a loan from magma fincorp limited and due to some unhealthy situations, i failed to give the installments on time and thus my name was registered in court.ultimately, we(me and the company) made some settlements and have received the NOC letter from the company. so, i request to kindly remove my name from the civil court and i am sending the scanned copies of the NOC documents to support my greivances.

Two punishments

Due to cibil i have faced two punishments, First one the bank took penalty for every delay in installments. second one is when i went to take another loan after closing the bank loan my next loan got rejected because cibil did not updated my records or bank. i got two punishments for single act.
