[Resolved]  Citi Bank / Home Loan (Home Credit) — Proessecing fee

I have been charged processing fee twice, once by DSA and once by CITI, after having many telephonic conversation and email exchanges and text massage exchanges i have been getting only on answer, we will get back to you soon. or your money will be refunded, but there is no sign of monye as yet.

The amount is 40, 000/- (which I am suppose to get back) if you call this guys, my name is enough for them, no need to give them my account no. or loan no.

I have sent them all sort of communication, but they think they can take consumer for ride. if nothing happens after posting a massage here, I will have no option but going to the court, because I have not paid any money by cash, all transaction has been done in cheque.

Citibank/Homeloan /Homecredit — Details about loan account

I have raised requests 'n' number of times for clarification around home loan statements for my home loan. I had raised a request that there is an error in terms of how the loan oustanding (principal) was calculated In spite of repeated requests over phone as well as email escaltion have not received resolution.
