[Resolved]  Citi Bank Personal Loan Delhi — loan is close before 90 days ecs not stop & not refund balance mony

customer care allways issue a new ref nos, citi bank employees not intrested to solve customer problem, i preclose p loan havy
amount, after 12months i refund total velue mony+extra amount
but citi bank use my ecs cheques & my balance evry month debit
14230-00, i contect to cc by phone & email, citi bank not intrested
to work, cc aunsuring your documents send tnt courier no**********

Citi Bank have clear intension to cheat small investors, credit card holders and personal loan borrowers. They only tell and understand about there problems and difficulty but will never try to understand customer's view. I had a credit card of Citi Bank, and there was a difference among us for small amount of Rs 8000.00 due to the mistake of Citi bank . They have admitted the mistake over phone and mail but there correction process took around eight nonths, still bank excpects from me to make late fee and interest charges. I refused to do the same to Bank, so now Bank collection executive Mr Narendra has started new way of harassing me by continue calling from tel no[protected] on my mobile and landline phone. I am planning to approch to local Police for help.
me to faced the same problem with Citi bank personal loan. Even though i have pre closed the Personal loan...they are asking me to repay after 5 years to again pay the remaining balance.
This is ridiculous...i am planning to go to consumer court...i have all the proofs with me...
I am just waiting for them to approach me and at the same time i will complain.
sir, My name is Lalit Lamba, i had finance one bike Hero Honda Passion for 3 years from citi bank in the month of October 2006, and i was giving installment properly but after 2 and half years when my installments are about to finish no one is coming to get the cash from my home, coz i have some propblem in my bank account so i was giving payment by mode of cash to your executive, but last few months no one was coming to take the remaining balance, i did not have ur no. so i can call you sir pls help me in this regard and i want my NOC pls do something for me, reply pls. my mobile no. is [protected]
