[Resolved] Citibank — Not delivered add on card
On 8th Dec 07I requested for an addon card from Citi Bank in the name of my wife Shailaja Manocha.
The request was not entertained as they pleaded that an addon card is already issued in her name. I told them this card has not been used or misplaced. Kindly cancel the same and issue a new one. Nothing happened.
On 22nd Dec 07 when nothing happened, I again rang up to foolw up. They promised that card will be sent shortly. I received
an SMS on the same. Still nothing happened.
I am amazed at the attitude of Citi bank. They have not bothered to reply.My contact [protected]
