[Resolved] Citifinancial Consumer Finance India Ltd. — RECOVERY AGENTS ABUSING AND HARASSING PARENTS | |
I REQUESTED RECOVERY AGENTS TO CONTACT MY CELL NUMBER FOR PAYMENT, STILL THEY CALL MY HOME NUMBER AND TELL MY PARENTS, "PAIDAA KARNE KE PEHLE SOCHNE KAA THA, AISI AULAD KO PAIDAA KYON KIYA, TERI HI AULAD HAI YAA KAHI AUR SE LEKAR AAYA." AFTER VIEWING R.B.I. GUIDELINES, I REALISED THAT THEY ARE FOLLOWING UNETHICAL WAYS TO COLLECT DUES.I WENT TO THE POLICE STATION TO MAKE A COMPLAINT, THEY ARE TELLING ME, "PHONE UTHAANE KAA HI NAHIN, TOH GAALI SUNNI HI NAHIN PADEGI."PHONE DISCONNECT KARVAA DO.IS THIS WHAT LAW IS ALL ABOUT THAT EVEN THE POLICE MEN ARE AFRAID TO TAKE COMPLAINTS AND ACTION AGAINST SUCH INDIVIDUALS. IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 3 MONTHS THAT EVEN CITI FINANCIAL MANAGER'S ARE NOT READY TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST THEM. I MAKE A PAYMENT BEFORE 20TH OF EVERY MONTH.I AM LATE ON MY PAYMENTS FROM SEPTEMBER'2007 . I would like to infirm you that loss of my Pusler Bike 150 CC - Reg. No. DN09-E-7180, was theft from silvassa near Kilvani Naka, SIlvassa on 18th of Jun.09 @ 20.15 Hrs, I will the paymnets still I got Insurence payments.

Due to some financial problem I could not pay instalment for the last two months. Please send me the details about the total due amount. Also I want to know if there is any scope of reducing my EMI to Rs.1000 (approx), as I am in financial hardship. Please let me know as early as possible.

I have take the Citi finance loan in the year 2006 and I met the executive he was from Yelanka branch Banglore, he informed me that Rate of interest will we charge is 15%,
I took the duration of 36 month.Beause of the busy I have asked him once he said the rate of interest will be 15 % I believe his words and I have not clarifyed with the Citi Customer care
I went to the branch office and they said the rate of interest is 33% it shocked me. I have take 25000and I am paying 54000.
citi finance they are Sucking my blood. so please sugged me very soon. I am ready to put the case against the Citi finance

Now I have completed my 19 EMI. Now an unauthorized person named 'Manoj' is coming at my home and threatning to me & my family regarding collection/delayed payment. I have paid all the amount to u people, but i am getting calls from u people stating that still amount is due. But some cheques were bounced due to nonavailability of salary in time. I had taken a two wheeler loan on dated[protected] of amount Rs.27800.00 against the loan account no. 4394011 as per sattlement letter no. 20081030KT[protected] I have paid Rs. 16000.00 on dated[protected] and account has been closed and also NOC issued but in CIBIL case is displayed
therefore I request you to please write to CIBIL to remove the case from his website so that I can not face problem in future.
