[Resolved]  Citifinancial Consumer Finance India Ltd. — RECOVERY AGENTS ABUSING AND HARASSING PARENTS

I have settled my loan account of citifinancial in 2008 . my loan account no was 4294678 but its shows due in list i want to settled it again and now i am ready to pay amount if their is any due in my account but want a clearance certificate.

Iam kishore .R as i have taken two wheler lone with citi finance .as regarding my payment due of one month the citi financial collection people has called me and they have spoken in wrong way.(the person spoke to me is Mr SIDDHU.)As regarding this iam trying to contact citifinancial people to give a complaint.the telephone numbers which they have in website is all are disconnected.so regarding this i request citi financial people to contact me .or els i would like to go to consumer court and after solving my problem only i would like to make further instalments.kindly slove my problem.

Citibank — unethical visits by recovery agents

Issue of loan on my address to unknown personnel without verifying with me although i am a existing customer having more than 15 years relationship with bank and my address registered with the bank since the purcahse of this flat since 2001. I am also personally styaing in this flat since then and all my relationships with the bank (credit cards 03 nos, Personal Loan 02 nos- 01 recently preclosed) are registered with this address as owned by me.

This fact has come to light when recently recovery agents started visiting my flat as the said person has defaulted payments. I have been defamed in my society for no reason ata ll and although all my accounts stand clear as on date.

This has increased the mental stress leading to high BP and cardiac problems.

tried contacting bank personnel including Citicorps but nobody wants to even take the complaint. Now need to take this up leagaly and demand compensation.

I am wiritng on behalf of Trupti Mendon as i my her younger sister had take a loan from your bank on 5-12-07 and which on 5-03-10 that means it is already paid we have no dues remaining with us

Today morning one of our executive came to my house asking for this month and coming month installment without any company proof for the dues and one more think i am trying you since morning to call you guys no one has coutersy to pick up the call this the way u serve the people

please check in to this i am not going to pay any additional installment as per the acknowledgment given by the installation is till March-10 according to that we have clear with the loan

I have taken a personal loan from citi financial and get the cheque of the amount of 15.06.2010. But till date i.e 17.06.2010, i have not deposited that cheque to my account and now i am getting loan from HDFC Bank on much lower rate of interest than Citi Financial. So, I want to cancel the loan from Citi Financial. But they are not responding to my calls. What i have to do. Please suggest and call me at [protected].
