[Resolved] Citifinancial Consumer Finance India Ltd. — RECOVERY AGENTS ABUSING AND HARASSING PARENTS | |
I REQUESTED RECOVERY AGENTS TO CONTACT MY CELL NUMBER FOR PAYMENT, STILL THEY CALL MY HOME NUMBER AND TELL MY PARENTS, "PAIDAA KARNE KE PEHLE SOCHNE KAA THA, AISI AULAD KO PAIDAA KYON KIYA, TERI HI AULAD HAI YAA KAHI AUR SE LEKAR AAYA." AFTER VIEWING R.B.I. GUIDELINES, I REALISED THAT THEY ARE FOLLOWING UNETHICAL WAYS TO COLLECT DUES.I WENT TO THE POLICE STATION TO MAKE A COMPLAINT, THEY ARE TELLING ME, "PHONE UTHAANE KAA HI NAHIN, TOH GAALI SUNNI HI NAHIN PADEGI."PHONE DISCONNECT KARVAA DO.IS THIS WHAT LAW IS ALL ABOUT THAT EVEN THE POLICE MEN ARE AFRAID TO TAKE COMPLAINTS AND ACTION AGAINST SUCH INDIVIDUALS. IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 3 MONTHS THAT EVEN CITI FINANCIAL MANAGER'S ARE NOT READY TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST THEM. I MAKE A PAYMENT BEFORE 20TH OF EVERY MONTH.I AM LATE ON MY PAYMENTS FROM SEPTEMBER'2007 . i have taken consumer loan Rs.25000/- on[protected] & another loan for Rs.17120/- both the loan completed on 14/07/2003 but till today showng current balance of Rs.8336/- & 5712/- respectively in both loan a/c in CIBIL REPORT why it is showing that i couldn`t understand so you are requested to update the data immediately.

I had taken Two wheeler loan from citi finance in the year 2005 and i have paid the installments for the vehicle Honda Activa and the registration no.isAP29K2648.send me the no objection certificate at the earliest date because the vehicle is under hypothication

After we paid the entiere amount, yr citifinancial consumer finance india ltd, debited april instalment thro ECS.
In this regard we request yr good office to refund the april instalment amount without delay.
