[Resolved] City Bank Card — No Response after collection of Document

I am getting regular call from citi bank for the credit card and they have collected documents by me 3 2 times but still there is no co-ordination within the team and they keep on calling for the document which I have already provided twice but no card has been arrived as yet. They asked me to give the original credit card bill as an address proof and I have given the same but still no response.

It is disgusting. I am still getting calls from Chennai, Mumbai and Delhi but no card as yet/

I hope these are false call and they are fooling around.

I am gonna put this on blog, facebook and with consumer court. If something wrong happens to my current credit card. The citibank will be responsible for any loss happens to me.

City Bank Card — did not recived the delivery

dear sir,
As per the sms from city bank ,my city bank card has been despatched by the bank on date 27 nov 2007,
through BLUE DART vide,
Despatch No : AWB # [protected]
till date i did not recived the delivery, and i dint get any intimation from the courier service,
please clear the issue.

Document — no response

we had booked a document on 17.06.2008 for dehradoon from
kolkata vide cn no k 29084434 but till date we have not received
any proper reponse from the from agent (SAMSHUL HUDA ROAD CALCUTTA CODE NO KF 1282. There is very important papers
in the above cn which we have submit to the Income Tax office
otherwise they will levy huge penality on us
So plz look in to the matter and revert
