[Resolved]  City Realcom Limited — Dishonour of Cheques issued by City Realcom Limited

With extreme disappointment I bring to notice of all concerned, that I have invested in Real Estate Development project of City Realcom Limited. To this effect, City Realcom Limited has issued 500 nos Preference Shares bearing Certificate no. 17727 in June 2009.

The company had issued 6nos post dated cheques each of value Rs 8800/. Out of the six cheques, only one cheque dated 4rth Aug 09 has been cleared. The subsequent cheque dated 4th Sept 09 has been dis-honoured.

Thereafter I have tried to contact City Limouzines at their Dehli (Nehru Place) office and a number of times over telephone, but nobody from the company responds back.

Now I hear that the Company is sinking and there is an order from the Mumbai High Court on the company towards stagewise refund to the Creditors, through their advocate VN Associates. However, it is extremely dissappinting and disturbing to note that there is neither any intimation from City Realcom or VN Associates nor even any official of the company or advocates responds to the investor's phone call.
