checked with chennai office over phone on 3rd, they told that the cheque issued from chennai office started clearing. Is it corret? any body get the same.

Just now called their Mumbai Office, they told that the enquiry is delayed by 5 days upto 10th sep. Pls call on 10 Sep. Please have patience and co-operate.
to all concerned persons, i have visited their office thrice, on 21.08.09 and 4.09.09 at nariman point and 28.08.09 at andheri west, both situated in mumbai. due to the central govt. raid, this delay in honouring the cheques are happening and we faithfully wait upto 10.09.09. all 3 times i found their attitude is nice and worth. all this are due to one single investor. what i am telling you all is i am regularly in touch with their office at chennai and mumbai. do not worry. do not get get carried away by rumours. believe in god. we all will get ouir incomeas regularly.thanks. update me from chandigarh, bangalore, oune are still less. i suggest them to come up and put thier experience on-line. now they are telling today just wait upto 10th sep. this is from andheri office, as on 05.09.09 at 1114hrs. thanks. vivek r iyer.
Hallo to everybody, the main confusion is created by city realcom itself, everybody know that this is not a fake company as it is doing business since last 7 years and people are getting thier monthly return on time, if there was any investigation or raid by any Government department then at that time they should have come forward officially to informe investor about such thing, so that investore can have peace of mind and faith on company, the panic is because no body knows whats happening...

dear friend, dear mumbaikars, any one u pl visit the mumbai office and inform the latest position. just now i received sms from the company to hold the cheque upto 15 th sep.
same problem face me and my 9 friends today nariman point branch said to me wait till 10sep. and cheque deposited in 10 to 15 sep.
Well, invested 7.5 lacs. Chqs got dishonored. Went to Delhi off. on 23rd, told us to call on 7th and then deposit the chqs. Now received a message, as you all have got. to hold it till 15th Sept. Don't know what to say. Till last month everything was okay, now trouble. I hope all this fisnishes soon enough. Company should have posted all news on its website.

office for over 5 hours today. Finally at 5:30pm, I could meet Geeta.
I went to her office, and she was sitting there with no other but Mr.
Masood himself. He is very much in the country.
This entire issue had to do with FEMA. Fema has apparently stopped
all their transaction pending investigation. City Group moved to the
Bombay High Court, on August 13th, hearing of which was on Sep 4th
(hence Sep 5th and 7th) date given to everyone since the problem
started. The hearing took place but the order will be given on Sep
9th, which was not expected. They expected the order to be given
yesterday itself. So given, the order comes on the 9th, then fund all
their bank accounts, which will take 2-3 days and so we can deposit
cheques on the 15th. Now, here is the interesting part, they have also
agreed to give back the entire amount to investors who have invested
less than 3 months ago. Older investors can exercise the same option
or continue with their scheme.
Masood himself said, funds are there and sitting in A bank account,
but we cannot release them till we don't have an order from the court.
FEMA officials may appeal the HC order and go to Supreme Court, but
that is yet to be seen.
He also told me as per his instructions an sms was sent to everyone
couple hours ago stating restructing and cheques to be deposited on
Sep 15th. I asked masood for his number, but he said if I give you the
number, you will give it to others and I will have to throw away my
phone. He said, if there are issues, you know where to find me. He
assured me that funds are safe, lets all pray for the Sep 9th court
order. I will also get more info about this order from a HC advocate
who happens to be a close friend.
Lets sit tight and wait for the 9th of Sep. Please ask any questions

guys. if they wanted to run away with our money they could have shut the office and disappeared by now. the very fact that many good people in this forum have called them and visited their office and found out that there is someone offering us the updated news means what they are saying is true. i think we should support them.
the worst has already happened. for example, if they say 'ok we cant give you the money' what more can we do other than complain to the police, etc? all the above postings tell me there are only positives in this company & the problems it is facing currently, there are no or little negatives that point out that the company is a fraud.
so relax please, and do not fear. we will all get our money as promised by the company.

we have suffered from the parallel company in car rental named i link, the company made same reason of audits and i t problems and the n after sm days it shut down and police hv arrested the director mr. tandan and case is going on from last year so be alert and keep in touch with each other and share informations .
