[Resolved]  Civil Supplies And Consumer Protection Department — Not providing compensatory objects

Sir,
My name is Yesuraj and I am residing along with my family members in selaiyur, Chennai -73 since June 2005. I am holding a family card issued by the Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection Department. Until May’ 2005, we were residing at Royepettah area Chennai -14. After shifting our residence at Selaiyur, I got transferred my ration card to the concerned Zone i.e. the office of the Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection Department, Tambaram Zone accordingly. In the fair price shop in which my card has been attached, only the grocery materials only are being provided. However, the compensatory objects & substances which provided by Government are not being bestowed to us by the ration shop for the last 5 years. When all my neighbours and House owner are given the same, the reason of denial told by the shopkeeper is that we have a transferred ration card of Royepettah area.
Nevertheless, Recently I came to know that such a reason of the ration shopkeeper is not fair. Evidently, I can see that many ration card holders who were shifted their residences from one area to the same localitly and somebody who were transferred from another state to this state [having attached various fair price shops] have been provided the compensatory objects & substances i.e flood releif fund and colour televisions.
For taking this complaint, many times, I have come to the office of Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection Department, Tambaram but in vain.
Sir, I am not only repenting because of all are getting the items of Government excluding me.
But, Why this unfairness treatment has been imposed against somebody like me? Who do swallow the materials and money? Where these are disappearing?
Hence, you are kindly requested to have the matter looked into so that I can get remedial solution at present and future also.
