I will explain the fraud how classic rummy is doing
i am a player who claimed the 1200 money through promo codes
then i joined in a 6 table game and all other 5 players who has deposited their own money to play
consider that the table is 1000 rs table
i won the table completely and earned 5100
then classicrummy will immediately block my account and then say account blocked due to multiple accounts from the same ip
my money gone, other player money also gone
classic rummy earned 6000 including their commission and exclude my money 1000 because it was come from promo codes
it means total 5000 profit for classicrummy.
Very intelligent fraud by classic rummy. No one realize that this is a fraud and they are getting all the blocked accounts money into their accounts.

Guys, i also had similar issue like multiple account and was blocked for the same. But the support was good they explained the terms and i understood one should have only one account. So i requested to close my multiple accounts, later as per rule part of my balance was debited and i was allowed to play. Since then i had no issues and its really good experience playing here. Last summer, my brother was looking for fun ways to earn money and in a blog he read that playing online rummy can help you win real cash. They are the big Cheaters have spoken to so called MR John don't know it's a real or fake name. The conversation was for the money deducted (1000 rs) as I was winning and they said money deducted for the unfair game.
When I was loosing there were no such complaint or issue. They might be not enough money for thier salary so do with most of the people.

After speaking to so called Mr. John on 1st Jan the money was supposed to arrive in my account in24-48 hours. The same has been confirmed by support team. Refer attached screen shots of chats done online. They are the big Cheaters.
