Cleartrip — cheated me of Rs 3500
I had booked a ticket for my Mom & Dad. I later cancelled my Mom's ticket. During cancellation the wesite showed a Rs 3500 refund that I would be getting on cancellation. But I did not get any Reason given by them "I had used a coupon while booking." If that was the case then they shouldn't have shown Rs 3500 as refund available during cancellation. I have a confirmation for the same from the CLEARTRIP guys. Please help me to get a refund. Below are the details of the link of the reply attached by the CLEARTRIP.

I haven’t got he refund of Rs 3500 change yet. Please process the same at the earliest.

When I was cancelling the ticket…the refund amount shown on the screen was Rs 3500…thats why I went ahead and cancelled…I even called up your call center…If you guys would have told me that there wouldn’t be any refund then I wouldn’t have cancelled the same…It is a case of “MISREPRESENTATION OF INFORMATION by CLEARTRIP while cancellation” and I would request you to give me the refund as shown on the screen during cancellation…

Then why did you guys show me a figure of Rs 3500 change during cancellation..also your call center guys confirmed me the same..Please act and refund or I am going to take the matter to CONSUMER FORUM..and never EVER book tickets using CLEARTRIP..

Ghanshyam – Charges reflected on the website are as per normal cancellation and as you have entered the coupon code to avail the offer,we regret to inform that there shall be no refund for the same.
