[Resolved]  Club Mahindra Holidays — no response from mahindra customer care

One camplain given to mahindra customer care on[protected], till now no one contact from mahindra customer care. I call 6 to 7 times and always the response is "our sineiour officer will contact soon" my ref no is IF28/0086 AND IF12/0023.I think mahindra customer care is useless because they did not call back and the camplain have no solution. I requst give very strong panishment because if customer will not get any satisfaction then what is the use of customer care.

I AM SERVING IN 9 PARA THERE MY SENIOR ARE URGENT REQUIRED RATE LIST OF SPARE PART THIS VEHICLE
Iam R.Vaidyanathan. from Ambattur Chennai and i had purhcased mahindra Xylo E 8 Full option in the month of Feb 2011 from Zulaikha Motors Ambattur. I had a trip to kerala during month of may and met with an accident on 20th May .After checking with mahindra customer care the vehicle was moved to ITL motors Trichur next day, from the day iam following for the vehicle after repair and till date there is no information regarding the vehicle readiness.No response from the dealer at Trichur even after continues follow up they had informed me 10 days before that there is no parts avaialble at mahindra and after some follow up with Chennai regional office they had confirmed that the parts will be airlifted and the vehicle will be ready during last week.iam surprised this week that the parts not matched with the vehicle and do not know the exact date of readiness.

At this stage iam afraid how mahindra vehicle will be reliable in spares support after 1 Year as even after newly launched vehicle not having spare parts nor no interchangeablity.

Due to the accident i had already spent lot on hospitalliation apart from expenses lot of mental pressure and even the vehicle taken on Loan and paying EMI for the last 3 months.

So i wonder whether i shall be getting the vehicle with proper refitted as new vehicle or not.

Why Genunine customer like me punished for not delivering the vehicle after due servicng due to non availablity/interchangeablity of spares.

Who will be answering for this and how my losses will be compensated iam waiting for more than 3 months for the spares.

I (Bithu Babu) here by informing you that I have a Mahindra single cab pickup which is under the registration KL 34 A, 4625 is under repair condition due to steering box oil leak, break complaint and mileage. I already given the vehicle for 3 free services at TVS Kollam and the vehicle is now run for 18000 kms. During the last 2 service we reported the same compliant and they rectified it and they have charged for it (bill number: K 3000780) amount of 4672 INR and the third service the same complaint we reported and that also billed for (Bill number: K 4000653) amount of 3208 INR. The mentioned both services are free services.

Kilometer run when we gave for second service is 9823 and third service is 14407 respectively.

Now also we are facing the same steering oil leak and brake complaint. Yesterday we gave the vehicle in TVS Kollam for al the three same issues which I have mentioned. They serviced the vehicle and gave back with the amount of approximately 2000 INR.

We like to enquire about the charges which they have rectified and billed is exact or not.
Today also I am facing the same issue (steering oil leak, break and mileage)
I like to know whether you have any stipulated solution for this or please inform us do u have any final solution for my vehicle.

We already complained the issue to the manager Mr Jaba Kumar and he also told us they cannot do anything. As I am a customer please ensure us what we can do for this steering oil leak and brake complaint.

But i need new chassis n i asked to dealers of our area but they replied chassis is not available for next 2 month.And i can not wait for that much time so what i can do.My car's chassis no is A2A72800.

i have two scorpio both having problem from s.m garages pvt.ltd(bhopal) and i camplain given to mahindra customer care on[protected]docket ref K103/0226), till now no one contact from mahindra customer care. This terribly depicts the quality of the product. There is no response from the dealers even after repeated complaining about the damage. Iam the RTO at namakkal, we have been using mahindra for more than 15 years the other day i had left my jeep for painting and decided to use my friends scorpio 4w (TN 07 AB 9900) so on my way to namakkal around the 15 th this month the scorpio caught fire on the felt and the felt started melting which made it fall on the turbo charger which made the turbo charger too to catch fire and when the gear box oil caught fire it became even worst. With great difficulty I put off the fire and had burned my hand so i had asked my friend on where to take the scorpio so he recommended mahindra authorized service in Salem called SKS mahindra authorized service center so i took vehicle there on the 17th this month and introduced my self as Regional Transport Officer and had told them about the burning and parts like the felt and turbo cahrger and gear box oil, including gear box that got fired the service man there told me a date on when to take the vehicle, so I appeared on that day which was around 24th (1 week later) but nothing at all was done in the vehicle it was just the way i left nothing was changed they dint even move the vehicle which made me mentally hate mahindra they gave the vehicle just like that nothing was even cleaned so i need a reply or Iam taking it to the customer court or customer rights, Iam just waiting for your reply I very much believe that U Sir will do the needful these types of authorized service center is a black mark for the whole company so please do the needful

I purchased a Mahindra Thar on Dec 22 2011 from India Garage dealer in Bangalore via my company . The day i purchased the vehicle i saw about 4-5 defect (loads of scratches on both the door down panel, squeaky doors, couple of dirty paint touch-up work, etc), but the dealer informed that it will be fixed when we come again to fix the AC.

the very next day we noticed about 14 defects in the vehicle, some of the major ones are listed below

1- broken glove box (surprised to see it was fixed with plastic screws)
2-driver side door was smaller in size when compared to door panel (there was a huge gap when the door was closed, how do we use AC ??)
3- Soft top fixers had all come out and were hanging
4- the vehicle was squeaking throughout
5 - vehicle had many scratches and shoddy paint patch jobs were done (atleast 5-6 patch works)
6- major scratches to paint work on front door lower panel
7- floor mat fitting were done very haphazardly
8- 4w drive lever cushion was not fixed properly
9- soft top back door transparent cover was full of scratches
10- sun screen (provided free) for front 2 door were not properly .. it showcased the window glass had loads of scratches.
11- most of the plastic on dashboard and inside of doors were broken or chipped off


Please let me know how i can use such a vehicle. ??this is very poor service from both the dealer and Mahindra. What kind of quality control process does Mahindra have ?? we request a replacement of vehicle, or else we would go to consumer court. for 7-8 Lakhs vehicle is this the quality of service you provide ? Pls address this issue ASAP

I am a Mahindra Car owner for last 5 years and have had average customer experience so far regarding servicing and other issues. But worst experience has been at their Koncept Auto in A-9 sector 2 Noida. The Manager Mr Awasthi is the most incompetent and rude person i have ever met as a company Representative. Both manager and staff were extremely rude and arrogant and shouting to prove a point when specially i was made to wait for more than 2 hrs for some one to attend. Wont recommend anyone to try that service center as it is full of rowdy people with no sense of servicing a customer who has been a loyal to them for past 5 years. Would like the management to take some strict action against them to ensure they offer best of Mahindra services going fwd specially with new launches like XUV500 which will demand more professional and exclusive customer service environment or else they will end up being the farmers choice forever.

i parmeshwar prasad residence of 10th mile gumba hatta kalimpong dist : Darjeeling beg to state that i have purchased a bolero pik up from Khokan motors, siliguri dispatched on ( date of sale ) 14/10/2012 bearing CHASIS no: MA1ZC4GHRB1J50867 and engine no bearing GHB1J83629, kilometer reading 2567 and registration no WB73C2421 has been facing problem of engine, when we complaint the problem to the manager of khokan motors he said that its engine has been failed and he will replace the engine but it will take some time around 10 days but it has been around two months that they have not been taking any actions our vehicle is on installment process by this way we cant pay the installment to the company.I have handed over my vehicle to khokan motors from two months all the staff workers of khokan motors they are lying us that they will replace the failed engine with a new one and will give it to us but till now no severe actions has been taken so sir i would be very grateful if MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA can take any severe action on khokan motors staff and necessary steps required for my vehicle so i could get back my vehicle and have a smooth relation between customer and the company .

Sir, i have a Maxximo Mini Vanpurchase from ASSAM MOTOR Tinsukia Assam it was only four month due to the leakage of Collen tank the rediowater fan is not working before one month i order for Collent tank but still thre is no respond from your company.Sir I hve to my monthly E.M.I Rs.8, 000 (Eight thousand) so, you tell me sir how i could pay my EMI.
Mahindra has no doubt a very poor service back up. I am an automobile engineer & hence can say with conviction that the technical expertise possessed by the various technicians & also the advisors at their service centre is far from satisfactory. In a recent case when I had taken my XYLO for a paid service to STERLING MOTORS GURGAON, they changed the coolant. After keeping the vehicle for two days in their garage I was given the delivery. I had barely gone 2 km from the service centre that my vehicle overheated beyond any mark in the temperature gauge. I phoned the advisor who told me that it is a natural phenomena & that I should wait for the engine to cool down & add 1/2 litre of water in the radiator. I asked for their assistance as it was their responsibility. THe helpline came & filled in over 3 litres of water in the radiator.Later to my horror I found that the coolant which they had to fill in my vehicle during the service was kept behind in sealed containers. Wonder when will Mahindra rise to the occasion.
I am priya from Madurai. Order no 14054. I booked Mahindra Maxximo minivan at SUSEE MAHINDRA, kaalavasal branch on 28.06.12. Before the delivery of vehicle I" come to know that some fault at gear system. So that I told to give me another vehicle of the same model.
But without proper intimation to me -sales team-billed that problem vehicle on My Name. Finally they replied they will do alterations on the same vehicle, no more another selection
I told them I'll wait for another lot of vehicles to choose better vehicle, even it may take more than 1 month.
But finally they told me we are already allotted that same problem vehicle to you otherwise to cancel that order.
At last, I decide to cancel the order on 02.07.12 and told them "At the same time you don't deduce any amount which I had given to the dealer and finance. They assured me within 3 days your settlement finalised. After that there is no response upto 10 days.

After giving repeat followup to revert back the money, they provide intial payment only on 10.07.12. After that 12.07.12 they return the finance settlement to Mahindra finance. But still we are not receiving the advance due amount which we are given to the finance. the financier told we'll return the amount after 30days with deduce the 15 days interest.
I am very shocked. Because i am self employed women. i cant bare the interest without my fault. I am very depressed about the dealer.
15 days delay is because of the Dealer, not me.. Here I need full amount which I had given earlier without interest.
I hope the customer care will take care of this issue and revert back my money.
