[Resolved]  Club Mahindra Holidays — no response from mahindra customer care

One camplain given to mahindra customer care on[protected], till now no one contact from mahindra customer care. I call 6 to 7 times and always the response is "our sineiour officer will contact soon" my ref no is IF28/0086 AND IF12/0023.I think mahindra customer care is useless because they did not call back and the camplain have no solution. I requst give very strong panishment because if customer will not get any satisfaction then what is the use of customer care.

Dear Sir,

I have given the vehicle to Patwa Automotive in Indore on 20/10/2012. First the service staff told us that there is injector problem, when physically checked in my presence, it was working properly.

Later on I was informed that there is problem in wiring. I am not able to understand why the actual problem in the vehicle has been found out. The service manager - Mr. Rai over there has told me that there is problem in wiring according to him, and concerned part is not available in the service centre. They have ordered the part to the company, and are saying that the part will be available after 15 days. I fail to understand why there is time lag of 15 days in procuring the part. As far as I know the parts are available from company within 2-3 days from ordering.

Sir, I have attached my vehicle to government department, I am occurring a loss of Rs. 1500/- per day due to non-availability of vehicle. If I do not give the vehicle by 27/10/12, my contract will be cancelled. I request you to provide me with alternate vehicle till my vehicle is repaired or replace the vehicle. It is me who is suffering due to negligence of service manager in Patwa Automotive, as he is not able to satisfy my problem.

I have contacted your company's customer care centre for last 5 days, but I am not able to get any satisfactory reply from your side.

I planned to buy Maruti Suzuki Desire at the start of September. But one of my friend convinced me to get MAHINDRA VERITO since it has better mileage and low maintenance cost. So I contacted India Garage Chennai branch in Mount Road. While on the process I happened to meet a person who informed MPL Automobile Agency Pvt. Ltd. in Aminjikarai, Chennai, is better than India Garage. So from then I started enquiring the MPL.
I paid ADVANCE OF RS. 10, 000/- while booking Mahindra Verito in the middle of October. I paid FULL AMOUNT of Rs. 7, 44, 000 (including tax and insurance) in the end of October . I finalized a model MAHINDRA VERITO D4 TWILIGHT BLUE COLOUR.
I planned to get my car on November 10th as this is my lucky date. This Twilight blue colour is my lucky colour and I ensured the officials to provide me this colour.
But the MPL officials made a mistake in providing the colour I requested and paid the Taxes to the government. While registering the car I saw the colour. It was Grey colour. But I had requested for Twilight Blue.
So I asked them the reason for colour change. They told it was their mistake and tried to convince me into this grey colour. I was not satisfied. So I talked with General Manager Mr. Bala (contact no. [protected]) about this problem. He dint try to help me out but was trying to force me into using this Grey colour.
They have Twilight Blue colour but they are not providing me it on the date I requested. Tomorrow the Government offices are functioning. They can do all the processes like insurances, Government Tax, Registration. We have planned to go out to temple for diwali taking this car. If this problem is not solved please repay my full amount back. I also have a Second plan to get Maruti Suzuki Dezire. I[censored] don’t take the required action by tomorrow we will be having holiday on 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th November for Diwali celebrations.
I also have the original copy of the Invoice. It is the evidence I can provide u were the colour I requested is printed. If required I will send u that too.
Please kindly do the needful.

Dear Sir, I am a great Fan of not only Scorpio but also Mr Mahindra to whom i followed on Twitter. i had purchased my 2nd Scorpio in last Jan 2012 for Prime Automobiles Pvt Ltd Faridabad Harayana. My experience with the Dealer during 1st service was very very poor, service was done so badly i discussed with senior management and set there for two hours and rectified few things. Now Today when i have sent my Scorpio for 2nd service i have faced same issues with very poor commitments my Car was picked up by Dealer at 9.30am and got call at 7.30pm that service is incomplete without any reason. i am so frustrated with these type of poor service, i also thought o[censored]sing Social Media but i will wait for your response first. Hope my all queries and frustration will be handled by you.

Sir I have given my Scorpio VLX 2WD M-HAWK bearing Regn no AR-13-3749 to your dealer R D Automobiles, Dibrugarh-786001, ASSAM, with a complain of starting problem on 30/08/2012 vide Job Card No 6 but till date they are not able to deliver the vehicle I have lodged complains to your customer care several times but I have not got any support neither my vehicle is repaired. The dealer always says that it is a wiring or electronic problem but they are not able to say or repair the exact problem.
I wonder whether my vehicle will be repaired or I have to sold it out in scrap. I also wonder how a company like Mahindra can avoid a customer complain & if it happens how can a customer will have faith on Mahindra.

Dear Sir.

I am working in AFCONS Infra Ltd. as an engineer in Jammu Project.We are using Scorpio of your company.
I have complaint against your Jammu Dealer Lahori Motors, Our vehicle passed through an accident on August 21 2012, but our vehicle is insured.

After all legal formalities of Insurance, Your dealer promise us to hand over the vehicle in first week of September after complete denting, painting repair as well as change of all damaged spare parts but he handed over our vehicle in Third week of September. In spite of that he also does not replace old spares parts with new spare parts but charge us for the rate of new parts and said that it is out of stock and he will replace it in next week.

After visiting several times, he always used to say that the spare is not came from the company & give us the time for next week.

After frustrating from that, Finally we purchased it from outside.

So, I request you to kindly look into this matter.
