[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — Rust on xylo within 2 yrs of purchase | |||
I purchased Mahindra Xylo in 2010 from Sri Durga Automobiles on Rama road in Delhi. The body of the car is completely rusted in 2 years. This is really surprising and seeing such problem for the first time. I contacted dealer and help line number of Mahindra but they replied back saying warranty is over which is of 1 year. I need to understand if car life is just 1 year. Its really surprising hearing such response and would like to go to consumer court to claim the loss. I would like to hear back from Mahindra on this.
